this app will not allow me to turn off email notifications. For every channel I have liked, I receive an email every time they go live and Mixlr continues to do this no matter how many times I try to stop this. So many emails!! It should be intuitive and easy to unsubscribe from email bombardment.

I use Mixlr to listen to football games. However, there’s no way to precisely move forward 10 or 15 seconds. So it’s always a guessing and waiting game if I’m either still in halftime or skipped a few plays in the second half.

I’ve used Mixlr almost everyday for YEARS!!! Now I’m getting the message regarding an active internet connection. I know I have a connection. I have reinstalled Mixlr and still not working. I can listen from the webpage however but prefer Mixlr .

UPDATE: I still love this app but for the past week it won’t load it just check for connection and retry..

I try to start Mixlr but it says it’s unable to connect and asks me to make sure I have an internet connection. I’ve tried over celular data and wi-fi and it gives me the same error message. What’s going on?

It’s a great app. I’ll start with that. I took 2 stars away for connectivity and esthetics. I hate, no matter how strong my connection is, that it’ll start buffering in the middle of what I’m listening to. And my last complaint is the lack of support for iPhone X, xs, and xs max. They could take advantage of these new large screens, but instead we have these large black borders.

I tried to open it three times, and it failed to load. It gave me an error message stating something about internet access, and retry. My Internet was obviously on, and I signed out of other apps that may be draining/overloading internet and stopping packages from reaching their destination.

I deleted the this app app, and downloaded it again, still... same thing. Otherwise this app app has some good benefit that I’ve experienced. Thanks.

It works fine until I answer a phone call. When I hang up from the call Mixlr doesn’t resume playing. This gets pretty annoying. When I open Mixlr after the call it’s constantly “loading” not playing. I have to close/reopen Mixlr to get it to resume playing. Opening and closing “show reel” seems to wake it up in this situation too.

It seems like a “refresh” etc button would be helpful. Also a “pause” button and a more predominant/easily assessable “play” button might make it more user friendly.

I listen multiple hours daily and these little quirks get tiresome

First of all I love Mixlr and the concept it’s great that I can play in real time and express myself the same way I’m doing that id like to also express myself wholeheartedly as an individual. I’m being hindered from doing so.

Love Mixlr I can listen to any message that I want to. But the last few times I have went to get on this app it says that I have to log out. And when I try to log back in it takes me to a restricted site . Sooo what do I do????But again I love this app!!

Mixlr had been great and had been using it for years. I had to delete it yesterday because it would not even launch. It kept crashing. Please update Mixlr .

Please can you make an option to brodcast music from internal phone not from external mic.
I want to brodcast my music but i have problem of sound not hearing good and there is many sound from surrounding that make my brodcast not good.
Please add this option thanx.

As an avid Twitch streamer and user, I’d like to see tagging and a dark mode. Maybe even emotes. The tagging is the most important, because it’s easier to connect with others. Mixlr itself is great, but these improvements would make it a lot more user-friendly.

I dig Mixlr for the multitude of music options. Especially the bands that broadcast live performances. I’d give it 5 stars if they made an Apple TV version. Since the tv is now the home portal for entertainment it really makes sense to have a compatible app.

It’s great but why can’t I listen to my broadcasts after I upload them and why won’t my showreels show up on my accounts page? PLEASE FIX!!

I love this app but am sad with the email I have received. I should have known that it wouldn’t stay free forever. Now all the work I have put into the showreel is gonna be just deleted!?!

The only reason it gets 4 stars is that for some reason recently once I open certain apps on my phone, the audio is automatically cut off.
I'd like the option in settings to choose what cuts off the audio, for me that's only phone calls. But seems this app allows other apps take precedence over it regarding audio.
I'd like to be able to read chats on whatsapp without what I'm listening to cutting off without my say so, please try and correct this.

I host a weekly livestream of Band Practice. When I broadcast my first show I was having difficulties (user error). I opened the live chat feature to air my frustration. I was met quickly with a response from John, a most helpful app developer. I had been improperly routing my own boards signal. I haven’t had an issue since and when I’ve had questions I’ve gotten quick responses from John. I can’t really say enough about Mixlr or the guys and/or gals who support it. They’ve won my loyalty and it feels good to have a solid partner in our music adventure. Thanks this app, you guys rock!!!

I love the this app app. It is very useful! But, lately my followers are not able to listen. I have showreels published, but they can not see them on their side. I need to figure out why they are unable to see my showreels.

I want to love Mixlr. I thought I would be able to use it for Facebook Live Audio with my iPhone XR, but it won’t even launch. It says to ensure my internet connection. I’m using 5G WiFi and still no connection.

What a bummer. Really wanted to love Mixlr.

Last weekend received numerous “Unable to Start Session” error messages when trying to open- message said to check internet connection ( Home Wi-Fi working fine). Deleted app and re-installed, same problem.
Guess this app is dead.

Can’t log in. Keeps coming up with a unable to connect due to internet, despite the fact I My wi-fi is fine and that I use previously used Mixlr all the time on LTE.

The standard line from the company I keep seeing on reviews is that it has been fixed but obviously it hasn’t.

Tried to uninstall and reinstall and still nothing.

I loved using Mixlr until the iPhones with the big screens came around. Mixlr is horribly unoptimized for the iPhones with the notch displays. PLEASE update Mixlr so it can take advantage of the bigger screen.

Pretty good but the UI needs work. A lot of clicks to get to followed stations, seems like they want everyone to watch some chicken and beer show. Too odd.
