Premium phone charges on customer services and no other way to contact. Complete rip off if the problem is them not you! Denied receiving my bank transfer and asked for payment in 24 hours or lose the tickets and this after 4 cards were refused by them not my bank. Never again.

App freezes in the beginning

I have iPhone 6, and since the last update I am not able to open the app properly. Thats because it freezes as soon as app shows that wizz picture with a planes wing, and it stays like that for at least 30 seconds (I didnt wait more).

Can’t download boarding passes

In the app, the option to download a boarding pass never works and one has to use a browser window. Very frustrating to have such basic functionality fail on every attempt.

App is seriously flawed

My friends and I were traveling as a group from Luton to Italy. One of my friends checked in and when we arrived at the air port Wizz Air representatives stated that he did not check in and charged him, his wife, and his son around £100 to fly. Myself and another one of my friends checked a bag in coming back from Italy. However, once we arrived at the airport the representatives informed us that our bags were not checked in. I was charged £35 and my bank statements showed me that I paid for the original check in. I was charged twice for my bag. I would advise everyone not to use this app as you will get unexpected charges.
