Did not receive new mag country sampler home when my country sampler was dropped
I have been told someone would get back to me regurding my subscriptions Ive paid for until 2028,, I do not want a digital form, Ive emeiled have been told they would get back to me in a few days,That was October 30th..Ive contacted the Better Business Bureau and they have told me to contact consumer protection..I deserve the courtesy of you getting back to me.
I have paid for the subsciptions for years and am up to date with payment. The magazines just stopped without any notification.

I have called about the refund for my subscription 4 times now and still haven't received my refund. I was a subscriber for over 20 +yrs and now the magazine went digital which I am no longer interested in. Please help!
why is it i have a paid subscription and only received 1 issue. now i saw today that the new autumn issue is in the store . i know you went digital but if you deliver them to a store why cant i get my issue mailed to me. you cashed my check took my money and i cant even get the last of my subscription. just think it is rude. send me my money back if you dont want to send me my issues.
Hi, When I got the last Country Sampler printed Mag and saw the notice that you were going entirely digital, I immediately called and canceled my subscription (did not sign up for digital and hate that type of format! - love the Mag and would have been willing to pay more to keep it in print). I was told I would be refunded the $ for the rest of my subscription, but have yet to see a check in the mail! What gives? Sadly and sincerely, Lois Guymer

I’m not sure if it was intentional however, when I purchased a subscription, for quite a bit more than the average magazine nowadays, it advertised that includes two years of magazines (I have this screenshot. I received a welcome letter as well as a receipt however, I cannot access anything, and all the issues I wanted are now “special issue “which cost upwards to $10 per issue. This is ridiculous compared to other magazines out there. The content looks good And I was very interested however, way to frustrating. This app plus the website is more work than worth. I’m so disappointed as I was really looking forward this material. Sigh. if you’re going to charge almost $20 for a subscription, you should have all the bugs worked out and have a very decent website, other magazines that are your competition are less than half your price and the websites are fabulous.
