The game isn't awarding me my party prizes. I know that in order to qualify for a prize, the win has to be at least 25X my bet. I have missed out on THREE party prizes. Clearly, Jackpot Party is having some issues.

When it opens the jackpot party page it does not move on from the gray screen. It doesn't allow me to play at all.
