First off this is the email I used to register but don't check much. I do check siebreeze49@redacted which is my husbands. Q - this morning I received a message on Pet Rescue that the 22,000 gold bars I worked so hard to earn was denied because I was logged onto another device which I was NOT. This is the second time this has happened and I only use my one tablet. How do I get my 22,000 gold bars back?

Dear Pet Rescue Game, I got your response. I found my User ID for Pet Rescue, but when I open the game/app (as your email tells me to do), there is nothing in the bottom right of my screen that says REPORT/CONTACT. So, HOW am I supposed to contact the developer? Thank you for payment of 2 of the $3.99 payments, but I want a refund for all 3 failed attempts at purchasing a line blaster. PLEASE HELP! Thank you.

I was only going to purchase 3 line blasters for $3.99, but it never went through for some reason. So, I tried TWO more times to put the purchase through for ONLY 3 line blasters, but I NEVER GOT ANY LINE BLASTERS AT ALL.....HOWEVER, YOU DID DEDUCT $3.99 FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT 3 TIMES WRONGLY, AND WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!!!!! Kindly refund ALL THREE OF MY PURCHASE ATTEMPTS, because BEFORE trying to purchase the line blasters, I used THE ONLY MESH MASHER that I had WITH THE INTENTION OF PURCHASING 3 LINE BLASTERS so that I could hopefully win the game. However, I used up the mesh masher...so, now I don't have another one, in which case it really won't help me to purchase the 3 line blasters either. SO, PLEASE JUST REFUND ALL 3 PURCHASES THAT I ATTEMPTED TO MAKE TO GAIN JUST 3 LINE BLASTERS. THE DEFECT WAS ON YOUR END....BECAUSE I WENT THROUGH ALL OF YOUR HOOPS TO PURCHASE THE 3 LINE BLASTERS, BUT SOMETHING WENT WRONG EVERY TIME, AND I NEVER GOT ANYTHING FOR MY MONEY. For some reason (the glitch being on your end), the FIRST AND ONLY INTENDED PURCHASE (the other 2 attempts to purchase 3 line blasters were made because the first and second attempt, for some reason, did not go through) for 3 of your line blasters did not go through. I tried, unsuccessfully, 2 more times to purchase only 3 line blasters, but that did not go through either; HOWEVER, YOUR SYSTEM HAD NO PROBLEM DEDUCTING #3.99 FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT 3 SEPARATE TIMES. I received NO MERCHANDISE at all, so you had no right nor authorization to deduct ANYthing from my checking account. Why is the pet rescue saying that a day has been missed every week when it hasn’t. This means that you don’t have the the full amount of rewards that you should have This been happening for several weeks now?

I deleted the pet rescue app by mistake and I am having trouble getting it to come back. I tried reinstalling but it takes me all the way back to the beginning. I am pretty far around 5000, I think. Can you please help me? I play every day. Thankyou. Karen
