I’ve had this calendar for 6 years and about 4 phones. So over these years I have bought a lot of icons, which I used on a daily basis. (I live through this calendar) I recently switched to an iPhone and had no idea I couldn’t restore my purchases. So I have been back and forth with people from Jourte about just refunding and I’ll repurchase on my new phone. But since the purchases have been over a span of 6 years they won’t do it. And won’t really give me a reason why. They just say they can’t. 🤨 I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of reasoning with these people. I love this calendar, mainly because of the icons. Once I find another calendar that I can sync, I’m switching.

I LOVE this app and have used it for years, for everything. I just resubscribed and now all my events are gone! Any time I open the app it’s like I’m starting it for the first time with all the prompts at the beginning. I also am not able to go back to previous months as they just appear with a blank white screen. I have sent an email to the support email with no response. Please help. I’ll be more than happy to change to the normal 5 star review once this problem is fixed.

Uprgraded to Plus... app is now frozen and crashes. Updated the app... still frozen and crashes. I can open the app but cannot click on anything. Nothing works. Cannot access my schedule, cannot create new entries. Emailed support twice over the past several days... no response. I have several years worth of appointments and all of next year’s work calendar already input. I need access to all work days for 2022 for tax purposes (I don’t work a simple Mon thru Fri). This is unacceptable.
