How to fix Wyscout app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wyscout app on iPhone
Update Wyscout app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wyscout iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wyscout on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wyscout network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wyscout Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wyscout not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wyscout App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wyscout » click [Force Stop]

Update Wyscout to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wyscout App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wyscout » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wyscout.

Fix Wyscout unable to contact server/ Wyscout internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wyscout » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wyscout » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wyscout
