I paid for a 6 month long subscription and i completely regret it. Sight and sound is great, but this app is just absolutely horrible - slow, clunky, almost illegible. I still canβt figure out how to access the digital subscription on my computer. Customer Support s the worst. Can i give you a negative star? Can i have my money back?

I have been a print subscriber for two years, S & S offered a free digital edition and access to archives. The registration process tedious, password assigned does not work and zero customer support. Great mag in print, if they can't up their game digitally don't offer digital issues!
