InFocus Pro - All-in-One Organizer Reviews

I have been looking for an app like this for a while! It is so intuitive. As you play around with InFocusPro and slowly discover its powerful functionality you will be on your way to a much more productive lifestyle. In particular, I find the all-in-one model incredibly helpful. The fact that I can create organized projects with multiple sub-folders, add tasks to my calendar, and filter to-do lists by due dates or just for the current day all within the same app drastically simplifies my workflow. I cant believe it’s free. I do wish to dos disappeared automatically within project folders instead of having to manually delete them. In addition, the fact that you can sketch and hand write notes is such a thoughtful feature and adds to InFocusPro ’s overall robust character. Highly recommended 👏

I have been using InFocusPro for awhile now and like it very much, especially being able to provide your own background. The one thing I would like which would make it 5 stars for me is to be able to use it in landscape mode on my IPad. I use landscape mode for everything and would use InFocusPro more if it were that way.

To really organize your life you need more than a calendar. InFocus Pro lets me create projects (which I use as my life areas: Kids, House, Volunteer, Work, Soccer...), sub-projects and action lists. I can also include typed notes, handwritten notes, and pics. You can also choose different ways to pull the action items out of the projects and list them for an easy glance of what needs to be done and when. I’d love to be able to add notes to the specific to-dos, but it’s by far the best app I’ve found to help me manage all the activities of my day.

I have been struggling finding an app for some time now that actually has what I need. Rarely can you actually tell what InFocusPro actually provides you with until you try it. InFocusPro didn’t cost me anything and has been very helpful since I downloaded it several days ago. I am very pleased with being able to take notes about topics and have it organized into files/categories where I need them!! I don’t usually rate apps so this should tell a lot about InFocusPro

I wasn’t going to write this but having been a user of InFocus for years and repeated attempts to contact customer service to no avail I forced to write this poor review. There are glitches in InFocusPro . There are dates I found (several) where trying to enter information is impossible. Repeated attempts produce the same thing. NOTHING! But worse than not being able to enter info into the calendar is the indifference I feel by the apps support team whom refuse to even acknowledge my letters requesting help. I hope one of them is reading this in the hopes someone will respond. If anyone else has found the same problem I’d love to hear from you here as well. I will be switching to a new app shortly mostly do to my disgust here. TY

I’ve been using calendar apps all the way since the Palm Treo 750 back in 2005ish era. That was the first true calendar! InFocusPro is the best one since. I’ve used all the others l, fantastical2 (my 2nd favorite) gTasks pro and etc. InFocusPro was letting you write on the screen like a tablet and combining task lists and to-do lists it is the best. An all in one app. It could use some polishing on the menu bar but that’s marginal. Bravo to whoever developed it.

InFocusPro is like a little focusing toolbox with necessary components that make It a real find for people on a budget that want all in one tools for planning and organizing. I enjoy its simplicity and use it for that sole purpose when I’m not feeling up to operating a premium paid for todoledo which I also highly recommend. Check them out.

I’ve been using InFocusPro for a month now, and it does everything, except import data from the project app I was using before. After four weeks, I’m still manually entering all of the data on my current projects. Very frustrating and time consuming.

Just recently started Facilities Management for 3 buildings. The timing when I came across InFocusPro was perfect. In Focus Pro has all the tools to keep me organized and successful. If I were to improve anything I’d add “remind at location” to the reminder menu as I go between locations frequently. Kudos to the Developer on an absolutely awesome app! Thank you!

First off I really like InFocusPro. This has high potential to become and stay organized. The one thing missing for me is the synchronization of info via iCloud so that this can be used via iPad and iPhone without loosing a beat.

I hope this may be a feature in the future and would be worth an upgrade charge.

I have been using InFocusPro for a while. I believe I purchased it long time ago. I have recommended it to friends and families.
InFocusPro is very easy to use and it helps me to schedule my daily activities easily.
I am very happy and I wish you continue to improve it.

I use InFocusPro all the time but I would enjoy if it was updated to support iPhone X. I also think it could use a fresh interface look and it’s been a year since an update. But functionally it is a go to app and one that is used to organize my work and personal life and I love it. I rarely ever review apps either FYI

InFocusPro is very easy to use. One thing I would like to see added is in the list layout. When you first open it, it would be nice to have the page open with today’s date automatically at the top.

I have been looking for months for an app that allows me to edit my Calendar appointments because I see so many people and I forget something. But with InFocusPro I can edit my appointment that was made by the office THANK YOU SO MUCH

I use InFocusPro everyday to manage not only my business but also my family appointments and obligations. I recently started using the additional features (such as notes) which I'm still discovering. Great app!!

InFocusPro is amazing and I use it so much. So helpful and so well designed. The only thing that I find frustrating is that InFocusPro isn't capable of rotating to a horizontal view. If it were able to do that, I would definitely re-rate it as 5 stars!!

Best paper organizer is Exacompta with left side as calendar side and right side of book as blank page to write to calendar notes. InFocusPro comes closest to (you were wondering where I was going on this) feel of paper. Keep evolving best Ap!!

InFocusPro works perfectly for my needs. Able to have my schedule, grocery list, projects and to-do list all in one place. Not only is it easy to use, but is also syncs with other apps I use. Love InFocusPro!

OK, so I'm thinking do a really need another calendar app.? I have multiple apps. For lists, checklists and to-do lists. Not only does InFocusPro have them all but they work great. I'm really glad I chose to try another calendar app. Great job InFocus Pro!

Downloaded while free and can't believe this is a paid app.

Aesthetically it looks like it was developed in 2009. Not many features seems like a basic organizer. Calendar, to do list, that's it which if you're normally asking for $50 I'd expect a lot more polish and features. Even then $50 seems ridiculous. Deleted within minutes.

InFocusPro has absolutely everything I need to stay organized and on top of things. Out of five stars, seven! I've been looking for these features for years. What took you so long to create InFocusPro?
