The game is great. But there are some issues that are starting to annoy me. More and more every day the game room freezes up when you purchase the tickets and then you can’t do anything but close BingoBlingo to get out of the situation. You have lost all those tickets. I’ve searched endlessly trying to find a way to get in touch with Customer service because there’s also a problem with the power ups. The number of power ups that I have available that I have purchased changes. And it doesn’t change because I’ve used them changes from game to game. I can have hundreds of one power up in one game and then suddenly I have 24 in the next. Why do you guys make it so hard to get in touch with you? I work hard for my tickets and I don’t want to lose them. The game room that offers those tokens kicks you out of the game every single time. I have lost so many tickets trying to get into this game so that I can gain tokens. But again I cannot figure out how to get in touch with the makers of BingoBlingo so I can solve my problem and refund me my lost tickets. I have no idea how many hundreds of tickets I have lost and I’m mad.

Gave it another try and sorry NO AP SUPPORT! I have had issues for a day or two and I guess apple nor the developer aren’t held accountable for anything. Down load our game and if you have problem we’ll I guess delete it. Very disappointing, have several screen shots over the past couple of days of multiple BINGOS but the system is frozen and you get nothing and my new favorite You have a session open on another device which I don’t and I have forced stop and deleted and reinstalled to the same message. Delete it for a second time. Just save your time and get a different game.

When a game developer goes out of business yet STILL keeps BingoBlingo /game up and running, it’s probably a good idea to MAKE SURE IT GETS PICKED UP BY ANOTHER (REPUTABLE) developer!! ZERO SUPPORT, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE because it is now non-existent!
You all, this was BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST bingo game available about 5 years ago.

**PLEASE PUT THIS IN SOMEONE’S HANDS THAT WILL COMMIT TO RESTORING AND MANAGING IT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL VERSION/FORMAT!!!!***

This is has been my favorite bingo app game for years now, but the past few months it’s been horrible. The glitches are beyond ridiculous, I cannot even get into ANY rooms other than the normal jewel rooms, and I have gotten “daub error” the past 3 days I have tried to play. I have lost sooooo many tickets that I have bought with my hard earned money and the power ups don’t work right. I have lost at least 800 tickets because I click to play 4 cards and it just freezes up on me and I can’t click “refund” or ANYTHING. I have to end up closing BingoBlingo out and losing everything I have built up for so long. I see there hasn’t been a version update in over 8 months. Come on I hope you guys will make this right.

You get to a certain level and it’s almost impossible to complete collections. How can you complete a collection without using power ups, or by having to “complete quests” (you’re being forced to do something you don’t want to) and I’ve been playing the same room on and off for a year and haven’t gotten the last item! Why can’t you just buy ALL the items needed to finish? At least then you’d have a fighting chance! Then, they stop giving you daily tickets after a small amount, you only win like 150 tickets or so, and it costs you thousands to get that. They also removed the interesting rooms and now just have the jewel rooms, which are BORING! Deleting this game, and I don’t care how many tickets or coins I have left.

This used to be my favorite game for years but now nothing works except the jewel rooms. Even then it takes forever to get to the next open room because it’s 15 to 20 levels between each room. The quests, special rooms and tournaments don’t work at all. Every single one either doesn’t load or loads, you buy cards and then it freezes and won’t let you do anything. You have to shut down your phone and restart and you lose all your tickets. This used to be such an amazing and fun game but it is useless now, about as useless as the customer service and the tech people who haven’t done an upgrade to fix anything. Deleting.

Have played jewel rooms for ever. How can not open basic level gold room at all.

New problem. Can not open. Says game open on another device. I do NOT have another device.

Deleted and reinstalled. Still will not open with error message about game open on another device. Need help. Obviously other players are having same issues.

Back to the same old problem. Can open all levels of games but not the gold level.

Problem with Facebook. Keep getting error message when told to log into Facebook. Do not know whose problem this is.

Same problem. Can not open gold level games. All other levels can be opened.

Still can not open gold level game. Why does this happen and can’t it be corrected!

I have played this game for several years and loved it. I’m growing frustrated however. I have gotten Bingos in several rooms on the last few items I need it for a collection, such as the jeep, etc, however it never gives me credit for it and doesn’t show that I actually got a bingo on it. I have won the jeep three times now yet it is not acknowledging it. So I can’t finish a room and move on. Can someone please help me with this?

Omg, I can't believe how horrible this game has become. Why in the hell are we getting ads that are about other bingo apps, I guess finding an alternative is best! And why are the ads soooo long? I could deal with a lot of times not getting my bingos but come on...
Follow up review: This game has become even more terrible!! Too many glitches with not getting your earned bingos, there is nothing special about the special rooms except it taking your money and you wasting your time and energy trying to level up! I do not enjoy this game anymore, and will try other bingo apps.

I used to love BingoBlingo. Now when I play there are two power ups that when they come up they don’t apply and their square that you tap to use them doesn’t go away so even though I can hear that more power ups are loading under that other square I can’t get to them to use them. I have read the other reviews and the only thing I can think is that they have decided that fixing BingoBlingo is simply not worth their time. It’s really too bad because it did, definitely, used to be the best bingo game out there.

First thing, too often the game freezes and the message “your connection has slowed, wait or refund”. My connection is not slow, so apparently they need to fix their programming or update their server. Second, the buttons for the lobby hover in front of the game cards.

It seems the game most often freezes when I’m winning. Try to fix it, especially for paying customers.

I lost all my tickets, 36, +, 169,000 cash, and I can't get it back.... This happened Thursday evening?? The game is a mess.... Keeps saying I have another devise open.... WHICH I DO NOT HAVE ...so I deleted the game, and went back to reload it, and lost everything....
I've deleted other games, but I DID NOT LOSE MY CREDITS.....OS CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME BACK WHAT I LOSS.? I'm not sure of the exact amounts?? But I'm close.... Ty Yvette Brouillard

When trying to play the daily tournament it does not open, some days it does and others it doesn’t. It now has been two days of no playing the tournament. Would be nice if you could fix this problem. Still not working, this is awful, FIX this game if you

Just to let you know, when going in to play the tournament, there is no voice from the caller, so have to go out and go back in and then you can hear the caller. Din you people read these comments? I sure hope so.

I used to like this game, but I stopped playing for a while and recently restarted. First off since I just restarted...nothing but glitches. Daub errors, screen errors, errors errors errors, so many that I had 600 + tickets and lost them all in a matter of hours due to glitches. Went back today, same. Lost 62 tickets when screen wouldn’t load. I’d avoid this game, and I absolutely would not purchase anything. I’m done myself. Going to delete it for good!

When I tried to login from my phone it tells me I’m playing on another device but the only thing I used to play this game is my iPhone I cannot get in to play because this message keeps popping up
I can’t play the game because of the message that pops up that states that I have a session open on another device but I only play on my iPhone and it’s not working and I cannot get support it doesn’t allow it so I can’t even put a ticket in please fix this because I play this game every single day

Please update app to fix bugs. My game just randomly quit working all together a couple of weeks ago. I lost tickets that I paid for with my money, so I’m pretty upset. I’ve uninstalled BingoBlingo 3-4 times, as well as Facebook trying to fix myself, but nothing works! Used to be my favorite, most addictive game, but I’ve deleted and kept it gone because of all the bugs and glitches!
I also hate that I can no longer contact customer service directly anymore! Super frustrating!!!

I give one star because this game is not updated enough. For a very long time it has had the same glitches and problems loading and acutely letting you play without huge errors. Now the most recent update to fix Facebook login is completely messed up not able to confirm on Facebook to say okay which is where it directs you to. I can’t even get anything to load I think it needs re updated ASAP please. I cannot get my daily bonus login or anything please fix.

I have been in contact with these guys, but nothing has been resolved. I was on the 320th level, had over 5000 tickets and over 200,000 points. I too have spent alot of money on this game. Tons of issues. Now it wants my to sign in again with Facebook and when I do it says theres an error. I am heartbroken because this way my absolute favorite. My husbands game is working the same way...it doesn’t work either. Please please please fix this game so we can playabain.

Every time I go to do the Todays quests takes me to a special room i think its a valentines one get my cards and when it hits the countdown to zero it freezes and keeps my tickets even when i didnt even play! Isnt there also a special rooms instead of playing the classic bingo ones? I dont have that option available to me!

I buy my card the game clock counts down to zero and it just freezes. I have also been getting a lot of daub error messages when it has let me play. I have tried to find tech support, but it doesn’t seem to be there any more.

Worst bingo game I’ve ever played. About 1 bingo every 100 to 150 games. Ridiculous!!!! Why are there SO many levels you have to complete before opening a new room!!! SERIOUSLY you have to pass FIFTY levels before a new room will open.....AND it takes SOOOOO long to even PASS a level......ridiculous game!!!! COME ON DEVELOPER......!!!! Very disappointed!!! And to top it off....you finally get 11 of the 12 prizes.....and that ONE you need NEVER shows up...again ridiculous!!!!

Now once I receive a double XP or 2x payout I am not only unable to collect either but it freezes the power up features for the rest of the round so I cannot collect others. I almost always never can win a round as this puts me at a disadvantage. This game used to be fun and I went through levels quickly and enjoyed doing so but since this glitch, which has been around for a really long time, I do not play, certainly do not pay, much anymore. It is as if they have abandoned their game but likely would accept payment if people bought in app purchases. There are definitely better bingos out there that are maintained and care about their players.
