My system is an iPad Pro with 128meg ram and over 70meg free. Unable to keep more than 3 magazines in the app. Takes 20mns to download a magazine on a 10meg/sec connection. When downloading you must scroll through all pages to force download. Contacted AMA for resolution who put me in touch with GTExcell the contractor. Gtexcel had me delete and reload the app with no resolution. GT said they would investigate with no further contact from GT. Contacted GT numerous times via email with zero response from Gt.
A better solution is to download the magazine on your computer from the Model Aviation website and convert to ePub format with Calibre then load to iPad via iBooks. GTExcel is a poor vendor at best and does not deserve your support.

Horrible app

I travel a lot and like to download the issues to read on the plane. This app is the worst I have encountered, it’s virtually impossible to use. Downloads take forever and then fail. Issues that were downloaded then suddenly disappear. This has been going on for years, it’s time MA moves into the 21st century and finds an app developer who actually knows what they are doing.

This application is a joke! I sware I have never used anything more unstable then this heap of garbage. I hope Model Aviation (AMA) got this application donated. I am an AMA member and asked for the printed copy of the magazine, never got it for the last 2 years! I'm unable to load anything on this app and don't get the printed copy. So what am I paying $85 a year for? Apparently nothing. Save your money and buy another plane.
