Horrible Customer Service

I purchased game “cash”’so my son can experience other aspects of the game and compete while he was sick(even though you have to give stuff back after a certain time). This was over a month ago. Funds were taken out of my bank account and have yet to receive anything. I’ve reached out to them via email and other avenues to no avail. First, they reply and assure me they will look into it and to give them 3 days then they stop replying altogether. At one point they assured me it was sent to a different profile once I accessed it nothing was there. As of this writing, still waiting for the product/service I purchased.

Today I did not play this game at all, I haven’t played it in a while, and it just said I was just charged about $12 for 4 welcome packs???? I don’t know what the **** that is but I want my money back, I only bought something on this game one time, and that was when I got the $3 dollars thing. I never bought anything else after that and I want my money back, because (the game charges you for something you didn’t buy) I was charged $12 for something I didn’t buy, and I don’t think I even got it in the game anyways. So please refund me, it didn’t even give me anything and I don’t buy anything, I just want my money back, I’m asking nicely.
PERFECT GAME but just one thing that i find very stupid and annoying

Game is good like amazing 10/10 but just take this away, when u get something good like u get to keep it but for like 9 days then u have to buy it again. i got the golden gloves i was so happy and then a couple days later they tell me its overdue so i can't use it anymore and i have to pay to get it back take that away please.
Edit: few years later I’m bored and looking for some old games and I found this, they still haven’t fixed the problem but they are just adding outfits for money, a 5 star rating to a 1 star :)
