I have subscribed since 2013..... worse update. I can’t open the latest magazine October without user ID or password. I can’t get it to open, very disappointed. There is no help option.

Last update was a bust, fix it, please 🙏🏾

Had to un-install and re-install, that took care of the problem. All my purchased material was also re-installed.

Update: Jan 14.2018.........I still have not heard back from anyone at this magazine as to why BeadButtonMagazine is asking me to pay for new issues when I have a subscription that expires Aug 2018! I finally fixed the issue myself where my old issues disappeared. I do not understand why there is no way to get help with BeadButtonMagazine other than a review and even in the review no one responds. Fix this or I will need my money back.

Previous review: I had several years worth of issues on my iPad and iPhone. I open BeadButtonMagazine today and see there was update. Now all my issues are gone. I took the steps it says to restore my issues and still nothing. I deleted BeadButtonMagazine , reinstalled and still nothing. How do I get this fixed??

The application no longer works!!!! Where are my magazines???

I am so frustrated. I’ve paid but for the past few months I have not been able to load the magazine. EVER. Do not install!

I can't open magazines after I bought my subscription!

What's the use of having an electronic subscription if I can't read the magazine electronically? Fix BeadButtonMagazine!

Tried to open Oct 2015 after purchase and it tells me I'm missing an xml file.

Worked fine until your later update. Now it crashes. Please fix ASAP

Last update screwed it up. I haven't been able to open it for a month. Fix it immediately.

When I push Subscription or Issues, it does nothing. I've tried everything I can think of, including deleting BeadButtonMagazine twice and reloading, without success. Much as I like Bead and Button Magazine, I cannot recommend their app until they fix it.

I downloaded this in good faith and was curious what the June B&B 2013 Special Issue had to offer so I spent $2.99 only to be told I needed to purchase again. Well, I didn't purchase the second time since it failed to download. My account was charged and I still do not have the June 2013 issue. Don't bother w purchasing anything but by all means get the freebie it will download. Major RIP OFF shame on Apple!!!

I subscribed to the magazine through the AppStore, but new editions are not able to be downloaded. Clicking Restore Purchases has no effect.

There is no explanation about digital subscription services and very difficult to make a complaint. There is no way to if the right people have been notified of a problem. If I don’t get my download soon I am going to start making noise on Facebook.

I’ve subscribed to the magazine for three years. After the latest iOS update, I could not download issues. An update to BeadButtonMagazine was dropped and I installed it, but I continue to have this problem. I notified support for BeadButtonMagazine . They told me to uninstall, then reinstall. Still didn’t work. They bumped the problem to the development team who, in two weeks, have not responded. I contacted support again and got the same fix they recommended two weeks ago - uninstall/reinstall. Still didn’t work. Still waiting to hear from the development team. As this seems to be a continuing problem, judging from the reviews here, I’m on the verge of cancelling my subscription. It’s a shame, because it’s a good magazine.

Absolutely DO NOT like the the new version of BeadButtonMagazine . El stinko! Likely will not renew subscription via app, but move to Zinio

Terrible. App doesn’t load. Been paying for a subscription that I can’t use.

This is absolutely the worst designed app ever!
All the purchased items can disappear and no instructions on how to fix these technical problems.

I have subscribed forever and just love this magazine. It always has the most interesting projects to work on. I have seen so many of them too on my friends. The interface is great on my iPad. I had a problem last year, the editor promptly acted on it and the staff fixed it right up. I think they are great over there.
