False advertising, I don’t know how these developers sleep at night talking peoples hard earned money for nothing in return. AquariumHD you get is in no way even close to what is advertised, no 7 day trial as advertised. Just a bunch of lame Live Photo’s , no water effect when screen is touched, I rated 5 stars for review exposure. Shame on these developers. Makes me sick these people are allowed to false advertise to this extent. 🤮

The sound effects are so annoying. It’s on a loop and I assume it is supposed to be like bubbles under water, but sounds nothing like that. I canceled my subscription. When you get realistic sound effects let me know. Pictures are nice, some are to big for the phone.

It pops up advertising a super cool moving wallpaper screen for your phone and it doesn’t look like that at all when you actually buy it. It wouldnt even let me press the button for a free trial so I ended up paying $30 for 1 year subscription and then I seen what the wallpaper really looks like. It’s blurry and you have to press it to make it move like it doesn’t show in the advertisement. It’s basically a false advertisement. I canceled the subscription right away but they already got my money. I would give a negative star if I could. DONT BUT THIS !!!

This is very relaxing. I use it in the evening to rid myself of work stress. I purchased the no-ads version for 99 cents. I like the basic aquarium sounds. Sometimes I use the music button instead, depending on my mood.

if I could give AquariumHD zero stars I would. When I bought it it had an option to do a 7 day FREE trial, but instead it charged me the $30 for the year and now I can’t get my money back. Not to mention the wallpaper quality it horrible and nothing like the ads. Do not buy AquariumHD because you will lose money only for disappointment.

I’d give it negative stars if I could. I thought I was signing up for a free trial but come to find out it instantly goes into full payment for a year mode. There’s no way to back out and you get about 6 choices. It’s a crap app and definitely not what it advertises. There’s no way even with the free trial that I would have paid $30 for a whole year for AquariumHD.

What is the point to make is free to download but then have to pay $30. Not everyone has the $30 to waste on an app. I was excited to use it because it looked interesting through an ad do you I went to use AquariumHD and found out I have to pay 30 bucks yes you have a free trial but I’m still not paying the 30 bucks for it

I downloaded AquariumHD and signed up for the free trial on Dec 4, 2020. I went in to cancel the free subscription to make sure I wasn’t charged for an app I decided I didn’t want. In my attempt to cancel the subscription I discovered the so called free trial was actually a charge for the year long subscription. Not only is the content severely lacking the underhanded tactics used is beyond disgusting!

This is a scam app they lear you in and then charge you $30 and force you to pay a $30 annual fee with no indication on how to cancel besides a vague description

Screw AquariumHD. It told me i had a free week trial but immediately charged me $32 without a free trial and now i've spent like a week trying to get my money back with no luck. I deleted this because it was totally not worth the money and didn't download a single thing. Don't open AquariumHD unless you want to immediately spend money without any type of warning

So disappointed with the Apple Store allowing AquariumHD to stay active and scam people. When you first download AquariumHD , it says you’re signing up for a 7 day-free trial - WRONG! AquariumHD literally charges you the $30 immediately. HOW IS THIS LEGAL??! I have reported this as a problem using the receipt and I’m truly hoping I get my money back otherwise AquariumHD has stolen my money!!!

A total scam. I wanted to do the week trial - that’s a scam. They take your money and give you pixelated photos — no haptic response and not animated. Don’t fall for it.

AquariumHD is personally something I would not download nor buy. I got charged 30$ for the subscription and it’s funny how there isn’t a contact number to get ahold of the customer support team! If anyone can help me out I’d appreciate it!!

Careful with AquariumHD. They tell you that you can try them for free. You go through the motions like you would with any other free app that you purchase, but then all of a sudden you’re getting charged $30+ for this piece of crap. AquariumHD makers are deceitful in that they don’t display how long the trial is for, just a link that says “Try Us For Free” I’m disputing my charge.

Waste of time. Some apps have in app purchase but allow you to have a simplified version for free. This one doesn’t. It’s subscription based. And horrible. A three second sound bite lopped to sound like water but doesn’t. Lame.

I am so livid right now! I saw the add on Snapchat for this wallpaper so I clicked on it & decided to try the free trial. About an hour later, I got a charge on my debit card!!!! And to make it worse, when I went to cancel, I couldn’t! I thought a free trial is for someone to try something for free to see if they like it, before they decide to purchase it? Not cool!!🤬

I made a negative review a little while ago I was wrong I’m changing my review it’s finally working still not much content but it’s working now it’s pretty cool

This is a complete scam I downloaded AquariumHD because I absolutely love fish and aquariums, but the only way you can use the wallpapers is if you buy the “free trial” and after that they still don’t even work. I requested a refund from Apple and they still haven’t paid me back my $30. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

You can’t view the options before you decide if it’s even worth it to buy. All you get for free is sea jellies and while their cool it’s not as interesting as I’d hoped. I’d at least love to view the other options. Will be looking for a better app

I downloaded AquariumHD thinking it was cool but immediately it makes you either pay $30 or try it for free. I selected the try for free option however it made me pay $30 immediately afterwards. I think they purposely set it up in this way and I will he reporting this.

For spare monitors or devices, this is the best way to use those screens to help create a better work environment.

Very good application and sound quality. Very soothing at bedtime — relaxing.

Had to install after no banner ad version upgrade because it continues to regularly show full screen ads.

App won’t load on my iPhone 8. It starts to load then a blank screen appears with the message “rotate to landscape to begin using AquariumHD” followed by an arrow showing “how” to rotate. Rotating does no good!!!! That’s as far as it will load.

Now take your logo and button off the full screen mode and it would be perfect. Oh and add a shark tank 😎

Even with the purchased version there’s an annoying watermark on the screen.

Don’t download unless the only picture you want without spending money is a very close up boring jellyfish. You need premium for every other one. 🙄

It’s better than some aquarium apps, but not great. A lot of branding going on, even in the paid version, which is not cool IMHO.

Not what it says it is. I tried to check this out for my daughter and canceled it right away while it was supposed to be free. Charged me $32 for absolute garbage!

I love going on trips to aquariums. They always have a cool and calming effect on me. That’s I’m really glad I found AquariumHD. It’s like an aquarium in the palm of my hand. It has my favorites types of fish, and I really like that it even has sound effects as well!

Having owned a reef aquarium for many years previously, I miss having one now. AquariumHD however duplicates the reef look and feel to perfection. There are plenty of fish and coral to watch and AquariumHD duplicates the serenity of watching fish swim in an aquarium amazingly well. I find this to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The extra information on fish is well presented and the sound effects are well done. Highly recommended!!
