In general I like the app but it is So disappointing that the monthly forecast is ALWAYS late. Very unprofessional. We are paying for this!!! Your customers deserve better. Now on the plus side Susan is Very accurate with spot on predictions. But please give forecast on holidays under the special dates - don't just give the name of the holiday because we already know that. And stop being late as this is very rude to your paying customers. You are asking for payment in advance and then withhold the product. I wish I could give a higher rating but the issue of not getting what I have paid for is a real problem. It is now Feb 2 and the monthly is still not up. You should be giving us a partial discount or rebate. Customer service is of no assistance when complaints are issued. I think this will be my very last paid subscription I do hope Susan gets well soon and perhaps hires staff that can truly help her deliver the forecasts on time. Most professional astrologers have their forecasts written many months in advance. Perhaps it would be more fair if she actually suspended the monthly service for a while and got caught up that way we wouldn't be paying money for something we are not getting.

I’ve been getting regular astrological advice from Susan since her cable spot on Comcast. Love her.
That being said, the app however, less than meh. Screen lock positioning doesn’t allow zoom to read, bulked up with content. I used to be able to hold it long ways and read it like a kindle.
I get the need for ads if people don’t want to pay for a subscription, but I can’t even close out of the ad in order to keep reading the horoscope which is littered with other advertisements anyways. so, by the time you close the app re open it, get back to where you were before you had to close it, you’re reading quickly not getting the full content before another pop-up ad comes in and you have to close out the app altogether. Has anyone who built this app actually tried to use it on their phone?
I have had to close out the app and reopen it at least eight times just to read a monthly horoscope, which was late anyways. I probably would pay for the subscription, but knowing that it will never be on time what am I really paying for? A glitchy app? I can just go to the website on my computer.

Late again….Toxic Relationships with AZ

1st of the month and already the excuses are up with a note from the editor that the 17th should be probably good for all. My question to the editor since you gave a blanket reading to last over half this month does that mean a refund is coming for this months product not being delivered? Every month there is a new excuse. This month is covering over half of it. You take our money on time then not deliver it on time. You have had so many complaints about this yet never attempt to improve. So AZ knowingly plays a rinses and repeat game each month with its customers, take their money & don’t deliver. The excuses are always on time and are insulting at this point. I work remotely I’ve gone to other locations to work after hurricane Ian destroyed my area leaving us with no power for weeks yet I managed to meet my obligations to my clients delivering no excuses. I’m an Aquarius so you know then once I’m done that’s it. I’ve been a paying customer for many years, no longer. Thank your wonderful editor’s recent excuse. FYI Co-Star is awesome I highly suggest to anyone dumping their own toxic relationship with AZ.
