If OnSpotSocialLeadCapture worked it would be GOLDEN! But it does not! At all! I purchased this for 2 separate events and spend about $200 with almost zero results. I wasn't able to setup Facebook or Instagram at all and it was so slow and confusing that people just walked away.... At both events! It was embarrassing and such a huge let down! If I could capture all social followers quickly and easily at a trade show with thousands of people it would be a dream come true but it will not happen with this or any other app (I have searched far and wide)

I love the look of OnSpotSocialLeadCapture, and it works great. Very professional. Unfortunately, it is insanely expensive to actually collect e-mails. I wish I saw the value of $25/week, but I have better places to put my marketing dollars.

I can't find how to edit anything on my profile. I spent $200 and now it's taking more time out of my day then helping me. This software is way too complicated when it could be so simple. I even went online and can't find how to get into my account. When I log in there are like 4 options that don't even help me. I want to edit ,y profile like background and etc but I can't even get to my information.

We used OnSpotSocialLeadCapture for a week long event. Everyone that's edit found it simple and required no assistance from us. They liked the fact that they didn't have to approve any apps to join our page.

I had an issue and received a reply to my email in 10 minutes, and the problem was solved.

App worked great for collecting email addresses and contact information. Social media features worked well too!

The OnSpot Social application was super easy to configure and had a pretty good consumer interface and ease of use. We use OnSpotSocialLeadCapture at trade shows and our customers enjoyed using it. Highly recommend OnSpotSocialLeadCapture .

What sets OnSpotSocialLeadCapture apart from other data collection apps is the integration it has with Facebook/Twitter and also it's custom splash screens. There are areas that need improving upon, however. Fortunately, the staff seems very eager to improve and innovate it.

This was a simple perfect solution to gather emails and Facebook likes from our customers at a trade show. I liked the option to use subscribe for 7 days. That's all we needed. I was impressed how easy it was to set up. And most important customer service was perfect! I am happy I found OnSpotSocialLeadCapture!

Great app that’s easy to set up and customize. Excellent screensaver feature to add some visual interest to attract passers-by. Very easy to set up the form fields to meet a variety of needs. Didn’t have problems with OnSpotSocialLeadCapture crashing and it is easy to lock OnSpotSocialLeadCapture in place so that visitors can’t use the iPad for personal browsing.

I've tried searching for other social marketing apps for my business but On Spot Social takes the lead. Finally got around to using OnSpotSocialLeadCapture after the update was released and it works great! That annoying Facebook authentication was terrible, but you guys handled it very well with this update so thanks for listening. The support is excellent and I'm really looking forward to receiving more great updates…

- One other thing, multiple account support would also be nice. Being able to switch between accounts.

What an awesome app to collect customer information on! We are a small business, that struggle like most to find an affordable, user friendly, app that offered tech support! We looked around and found on spot and have never turned back! Brooke from on spot has answered all of our questions promptly and is super easy to work with! We are now running 10 iPads in 5 different locations and collecting thousands of customer contacts. We love the user friendly back end, all of the reporting, and the ability to set up different venues! We highly recommend OnSpotSocialLeadCapture and On Spots technical services as well!

The customers who came to our booth loved OnSpotSocialLeadCapture! The "dancing logo" on the screen definitely drew people to my husband's booth, also the email sign up process is easy for people. My husband designs and builds fine furniture so we exhibit at trade shows regularly and have used paper sign up sheets (waste of resources) and also have been solicited to buy a badge scanner (pricey), but OnSpotSocialLeadCapture is definitely preferable to both. Finally the customer service from OnSpot is great. I actually was able to speak with a rep from OnSpot when I called with what ended up being an Apple problem. We purchased a one year subscription and I'm glad we did!

So far, this is exactly what i needed. Easy setup, being key. I needed a really easy to use way to collect emails and names. Tests great so far. Will update again after my next event.

We are a sports medicine company that recently started using OnSpotSocialLeadCapture for our marathon trade shows and have found it to be very useful! We have been able to remove our old school email sign up sheets for our raffle and replace them with this more modern app! We have found that just being able to play around on an iPad brings people in and gets them to either like us, follow us, or enter their email. We have already seen a great return and growth in our social media audience. Definitely worth the membership fee, great tool!
