Stopped working correctly no response from developer

I started using the free version, liked it quite a bit went to the paid version and it was working fine for many months and then all of a sudden stopped taking transcriptions longer than one minute. It just give me an error. I contacted the developer twice via their email app and still not have heard back after several weeks. frustrated that is not working correctly and no one will respond to my request for help.

Downloaded this app in hopes of using it for work. The first time I used it and it worked great. The second time I used it- it would continue “recording” and the when I clicked done it said that it hadn’t finished recording at all. Instead of letting me know beforehand that it wasn’t receiving it at all. It simply crashed each time. Now I use notes app from Apple to dictate what I need for work. I tried to get a refund from Apple and they didn’t allow it. Lame. Don’t buy this app- waste of $9.99.

I’ve used this app for 2 years now. It came it handy for writing blogs and important stuff. Now I’m mad that this app stopped working for like the past two weeks now. But who ever runs this app. Do use a favor and please just update it. Honestly I’m tried seeing the “Cloud transactions reported an error” popping up on my screen. Plus you deserve one star for not updating this app and for paying attention to what your users are trying to tell you online.
