Not working

LeonCountyCitizensConnect worked until recently. I get continual error messages. There is no way to report the problem and no support (when I select app support it reverts to the county website which provides no indication of how to report issues). Sadly LeonCountyCitizensConnect is now useless.

App not working

I use LeonCountyCitizensConnect occasionally and it has its purpose. Right now, LeonCountyCitizensConnect will not open. I’ve deleted and reinstalled with the same results.

Needs updating

App interface is extremely outdated and the keyboard is meant for phones 7-8 years ago.

Good app

Nice GUI overall. A little flaky at times, but it works. I suggest a privacy statement indicating what data are collected from the user's device, as well as outlining that submissions and said data are public record. Great way for residents to request services.
