New issues are not being uploaded to the service. BUYER BEWARE.

I would like to let you guys know that the application needs a update. The reason why I say that is because there's always a issue with the application. One of the issues is that I would have to sign in to my account a number of time within the a week. I downloaded the application thinking that it would be better for me to get the issues on my tablet instead of having a paper issue. It's convenient, but the lag on the issues are tremendously slow. I would finish a issue with in a week or so after I download it, but when I'm in a store I would see the new issue. I'm not sure what the time lapse is or, if it's a new issue every 2-3 months. My issue now is that I can't view any of my issues. I deleted the application, and signed back in. Nothing!!! What it gives me now is a cover page for new subscribers, that it's free for 30 days. When I click on the option that I'm already subscribed it buffers and won't bring up anything. Maybe it's time for me to renew the subscription , but in no way should it lock me out from viewing my past issues that I paid for.i keep the application solely for the purpose of me not having paper issues, because I use my tablet everyday. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a problem your end.

I installed the iOS update recently and when I opened the Slam App, all my issues were gone! It's not the first time that the has happened but, at least before, my purchased issues still appear and I would just re-download them. It was a hassle but nothing compared to this. And, the "Restore All Purchases" function is utterly useless because it keeps failing.
Slam Ed.'s, I hope you fix this immediately. I have been a Slam subscriber since Grandmama was on the over and Shaq was button' rims in Orlando. I've never been disappointed until now.
Looking forward that this be resolved ASAP. Thank you.
