Tickets not transferring from/to account, and three emails to mobile help have gotten no response. This is a big problem and no one has stepped forward to fix it!

What a mess. MiamiHEAT is so horrible for selling tickets this year. You really messed up! Put it back to the way it was. You can’t see the price your ticket is listed for. Can’t see competitive prices and do t get confirmations when you change the listing .

If I use my account on a computer it works, but when I try to log in using my phone it will show a message saying that the log in information is wrong, I even change the password and it keeps showing that error message, please fix this

Disappointed there is no way to change the team schedule to calendar view like last seasons app version.

In the new update, it doesn’t allow you to see the current list price of your season tickets like you could before. I love MiamiHEAT , but would be nice to see what I have my current tickets for sale for, so I can determine more easily if I want to adjust the price or not. Thanks!

This keeps me updated on everything from the heat to concerts it’s just an amazing app to have if your a true Miami heat fam and want to stay uuptodaye I go to school most of the day and sometimes I forget abouevents MiamiHEAT gives me the reminders I need

Great App. Was hesitant to go paperless to a game, but MiamiHEAT convinced me that I was wrong.
Useful info about what to expect as you approach the arena. Meaningful and interesting info about the game and the organization.
Very easy process to get to your seats.
Great all around.

Love convenience of app. Keeps me abreast of Heat events. Love notifications during Heat games when not able to watch on tv. No need to carry money for spending. DOES IT ALL
