Will not download event materials despite repeated attempts with a strong cellular or wifi signal.

It’s so frustrating to use EventPilotConferenceApp

This is a horrible app
It is not intuitive
Figuring out how to use it it’s extraordinarily time consuming. At one point it says to work better use the web based app and then it asks for a conference number that is not available on the Conf website. Navigating between the overall session and your personal schedule is fraught with many problems it took me over two hours to figure out how to download. And there is no way to contact Help.

I do not see any way to add individual talks to my schedule - I can only add whole sessions. Individual talks only have star and notes options, no calendar option. This is true for my iPad and Samsung Galaxy6. Without the ability to add individual talks, the function of EventPilotConferenceApp is substantially reduced.

EventPilotConferenceApp is difficult to navigate logging in is very deep within EventPilotConferenceApp and worse there are images all throughout EventPilotConferenceApp which are labeled as “image“ without any identifier as to what they are this is embarrassing in 2021 and while you can navigate EventPilotConferenceApp somewhat with voiceover you can find it difficult to locate items. I think the developer can do a better job. It is irresponsible to have images in an app just labeled as image particularly when those images are supposed to activate something or take you somewhere this is ridiculous also finding your course is also essentially not accessible with voiceover so the developer should be embarrassed by the failure to provide adequate accessibility. Not everybody going to a conference can see

I like EventPilotConferenceApp and used it to schedule my sessions. I would like to be able to access abstracts and course material through it.

It made it very easy for me to navigate the conference. Got updates frequently.
Would like EventPilotConferenceApp allow participants to select venues ahead of time and send reminders to selected venues.

We love the Eventpilot app as it allows our conference attendees access to agenda, session and speaker information, as well as provides us a valuable advertising opportunity to sell to our event sponsors.

This is great when attending a conference: it helps you manage your schedule, tracks, sessions, notes, etc. Very easy to navigate and effective in managing all the information. Highly recommended!

I found in using EventPilotConferenceApp that I am able to organize every aspect in meetings I need to attend. I would highly recommend EventPilotConferenceApp to anyone who attends meetings regularly.

This is such a fantastic way to make life at conferences easier. No more frantically shuffling through brochures, or spending hours trying to locate your colleagues!

Great app in a box! Very useful for logistical event information. Easy to use. LOVE the dropped pin feature on the floor plans.

So far it has been working excellently for the NAOC conference. Easy to see and book mark talks.
