The most recent update no longer remembers my account nor where I stopped while reading an issue. Every time I open HomesAntiquesMagazine I have to restore my purchases with my account via iTunes. Then I have to search where I stopped in which issue the last time I was in HomesAntiquesMagazine . This has never been the case in several years of using it.
PLEASE FIX THIS BUG ASAP!

The latest update doesn’t have horizontal viewing? Why???? It’s so important when viewing issues on phone! Pease bring it back!!!!
Also, the download rate is so much slower than before. I love H&A, but HomesAntiquesMagazine always seems to have some new issue each time it’s updated. I’ll give 5 stars for a fix!

I have been buying Homes and Antiques for many years. However I will be cancelling my subscription as this year I have found it "A" a lot thinner and "B" the content to be very disappointing.

After being a purchaser and subscriber for over 25 years, I've given up on Homes & Antiques. After 2 missing issues in 2019 and 3 contacts to Customer Service with no response, I wrote to the Editor at the time, Mel Sherwood, and received a response (I still have it) that my subscription would re-commence with the July 2020 issue and run for 1 year. I got the July 2020 and August 2020 issues, then nothing more. Further efforts to resolve the issue have been futile. I know there was a pandemic, and staffing issues, but come on . . . It's very hurtful to receive messages wanting me to order more issues of the magazine, when you didn't fulfill your obligation the first time.
