Close and restart the Cocktail Flow app on iPhone
Update Cocktail Flow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cocktail Flow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cocktail Flow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cocktail Flow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Cocktail Flow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cocktail Flow App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cocktail Flow » click [Force Stop]

Update Cocktail Flow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cocktail Flow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cocktail Flow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cocktail Flow.

Fix Cocktail Flow unable to contact server/ Cocktail Flow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cocktail Flow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cocktail Flow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cocktail Flow
