Doesn’t Work

I got this to do a Send-Off for our Special Olympics students going to a Track & Field Meet and never could get it to work, except in my AirPods. Ouch!!
I thought there had been a glitch in the download so I put the AirPods away, deleted and reinstalled from the App Store.
I had high hopes, but STILL doesn’t work. I’ve tried several of the horns and NONE of them work.

Every single time I open the app, a ad will come up and I can't close it and when I try to close the app on my app switcher and reopen it another ad will pop up, so basically I can't use the app! Very disappointed!
