This app charges you on monthly using subscription services even though we remove subscription in iPhone . So, please be aware as we need to go to their website and cancel the subscription. Those who are not aware these people will keep on charging them every month without giving at least email or mobile notification that we will be billed even though we are not using their services. Coming to fitness programs, I’m really disappointed that the trainers perform the exercises at their pace and not even bothered about the people whether they are following or not or in simple way . Finally I had bad experience with this app and I never suggest this app for these 2 reasons . It’s really frustrating and very disappointed by their support as well .

I am livid. I used Daily Burn off and on for years. Recently, I decided to go back, and renewing my subscription was easy; however gaining access was a different story. My bank account was immediately charged, but despite every attempt, across multiple devices, I am unable to log in. I am being told that I either need to “enter a valid email” (which I am) or that “this email doesn’t have a password” (whatever that means). I contacted customer service, changed my password multiple times, no luck. I canceled my subscription (all within a 45 minute window, of resubscribing) and now have to wait to hear from customer service. I am extremely disappointed. And I had better not see a completed/processed charge for the subscription.

Been with them on and off for 10 years. Their content is frequently updated and their apps allow contents to be filtered and searched easily.
However, when compared to its competitors, Daily Burn lacks innovations and its apps do not integrate well with Apple Health. There is no way to track heart rates using Apple Watch (or any other tracking devices). Only the iPhone app can write records to Apple Health but the records are very generic. A 5 minutes meditation class is recorded as “interval training” just like other exercises. None of the workouts get recorded under the correct type. Activities on other platforms are not synced so your workouts in Apple TV / iPad / web are not recorded. There also lacks a way for users to review their previous workouts in the apps.
