I wanted an app that would alert me to weather emergencies. KPLC7FirstAlertWeather sends alerts to let me know that the weather MIGHT change in a few days. Really?

I never write reviews but this update makes the storm tracks not near as useful as they were. Wife updated her iPad and itβs terrible. Please bring back the old version
I love the weather forecast, but the accuracy and ability to warn me of impending bad weather problems has been a disappointment. For instance, just recently, high, 90 mile per hour winds, was a day late. These kinds of misses, along with rain or no rain can be awkward.
KPLC weathermen do a great job!
My only complaint is that during hurricane emergencies there needs to be more updates to the public.
The radar does not work half of the time otherwise it is a good app
Got a bunch of weather apps and by for KPLC is the most accurate for our area. Gave you a four star only because KPLC7FirstAlertWeather is sooo slow to load. Fix that and you would be the king.
Have always enjoyed KPLC cell apps. Used to b able to get feeds no matter how bad the weather was, unfortunately - no longer. Liked the earlier version better.
The weather app is pretty good it takes a little time to load sometimes but not as bad as the KPLC news app itβs just crazy and all
over the place.
Need to be able to update forecast quicker
We like to start the day off with coffee and a look at how the day may be. To do that you have to know whatβs coming your way.
With first alert itβs two clicks and done. Well I have to go. Fair skies, feels like 85 but 96% percent humidity. I think Iβll stay inside instead.
I wish the user could increase the letters to better read and understand the statements. Its the one size and its hard for me to read . Maybe look into that please. Thank you .

I always look to First Alert for my weather. The charts give me everything I need to know about the weather. Great coverage.
This new interface is clunky to navigate, both on iphone and ipad. It is too cluttered and difficult to see what you want. The carousel like navigation is a horrible addition, especially when you are on iphone...a quick swipe often turns too many sections at a time. They should have left KPLC7FirstAlertWeather alone....color scheme and all. I always used it over others, but i will be using the Weather Channel app until something is fixed (or reverted) with this one.
You heard the saying, "if it ain't broke don't fix it!"? Well that applies here. I do not like this new version. The version that they just took away worked just fine and I could click on KPLC7FirstAlertWeather and instantly see the radar map! I loved it. Now I have to look for the map!!! I don't want to scroll through all of the different things to see it. Please please please bring back the other version. If had some bugs then fix them. Don't just redesign the whole thing because of it. Some people in this world appreciate simple!!!!!!!
There is no point in having a mobile app that doesnβt work with out WiFi.
Used KPLC7FirstAlertWeather for my local weather for several years. I realize they need ads within a free app, but a full screen ad pops up you can't 'x' out of for about 5 seconds before you can use app. Bad idea KPLC, I don't use you app currently. Will check back in a month or so, until then I will use Storm or My Radar. Please don't block your app with a forced ad.
So very disappointed! I thought it was fine until it was recently changed! I don't like using it anymore and I may delete it! I'm going to just start using another app!
