Keep up the great work Eagles Entertainment! Though a fan for a long time, this is my first year intentionally following the Birds and PhiladelphiaEagles, with its many offerings, has helped me to really connect with the team. From the Draft to spring training and the preseason through the playoffs, I stayed connected with who this team was through and honest fan-based reporting of what’s happening in the Novacare Complex. Because of this platforms I’ve never lost confidence in the team’s ability and the potential we all felt in the spring of 2019, even in the lowest of moments. Thank you!

Many features on PhiladelphiaEagles have been improved and look sleeker and smoother. The ticket listing/selling interface has gotten a major downgrade a few versions ago. We can no longer see our current listed price. Also, to see the listed price, an extra step must be taken for each price you “try”...since it takes a few guesses to figure out what the list price will be. Before, the field used to auto populate and was much more user friendly. I’m not sure why this has taken a few steps backward, but it is frustrating to make selling tickets a much more cumbersome experience. Please return the features and functions that used to exist.

In a world where few if any fans can actually see a game in person why in the world would stadium info be easier to navigate to than the schedule?

This year this is especially poor UX, but even without the pandemic it hardly makes sense.

The Linc only holds 69,176. I imagine you get more unique weekly active users than that meaning you aren’t accommodating most of your users. Love PhiladelphiaEagles for the articles and want it to be my go to for the schedule, but you guys make that difficult.

Updated yesterday and now I’m told I need to update my app again in order to watch the game. I’ve watched all the games so far without an issue in PhiladelphiaEagles . Well, PhiladelphiaEagles Store doesn’t have an update available because it says I already updated. Tried deleting PhiladelphiaEagles and redownloading. Now, each time I exit PhiladelphiaEagles my settings don’t save and when I try to reset my notifications to how they were before, it doesn’t save.

Also, the game isn’t streaming on Yahoo Sports like I was told.

I feel like a new update for PhiladelphiaEagles comes out each week and it’s frustrating. Just leave things alone!

I used to love PhiladelphiaEagles I used it everyday because I love football and I love the eagles so much but one day it would just close out/crash in the middle of me using it then it would just crash every time I clicked on PhiladelphiaEagles . It would never load up for me anymore so I tried deleting and reinstalling PhiladelphiaEagles but that didn’t work so finally I gave up after numerous tries. Months later (today) I tried reinstalling it again to see if it finally works but as soon as I click on it it shows fly eagles fly and then crashes what’s going on? I even have a whole new phone and it’s doing it.

Since the new video player, which is not even utilized consistently, has been implemented I cannot listen to the videos in my car via USB anymore.

New video player does not center video on my iPhone 6s, does not output audio to USB, does not rotate with screen.

I’m really not sure what advantage it has over the old video player.? The rectangles on peoples faces are distracting, the colors of the rectangles are arbitrary and meaningless and often link me to generic stops that don’t really have anything to do with the content of the video.

I have had PhiladelphiaEagles for almost 4 years now and I am glad to say that all the request I made on my last review were actually fulfilled! The video player works perfectly! I can actually watch it full screen now... I asked for More hype videos and they are rolling those bad boys out weekly!!!! Keep it up!! PhiladelphiaEagles is only getting better.

The MAIN reason I loved PhiladelphiaEagles was so I could listen to the games when they weren’t broadcasted on TV. The fact that they only provide for locals only has put a hinder on their fans across the country. At least explain why you took it away. I’m resorting to my fire stick to watch games but if I am on the road I was ok if I could use the apps radio to keep up with the play by play. But y’all don’t hear us crying out for change. Anyone who read this far give PhiladelphiaEagles a 1 star and select helpful on comments about the radio till they bring it back. We have to speak as one!

I really do love PhiladelphiaEagles. Although it could use a little work, it is the perfect app for eagles fans. It’s so much easier to navigate through PhiladelphiaEagles. It’s great for finding information on almost everything about the team. Other people may not like PhiladelphiaEagles, but I love just as much as I love the eagles, which is a lot!

I love PhiladelphiaEagles, it gets better every season. It’s more informative, I really love the virtual stadium, I hope when the season starts I could use the virtual stadium to watch the game as it’s played from where ever in the stadium I want. I can’t wait till the season starts!!!!!

Being a huge Birds fan I love seeing all the press conferences, interviews and film breakdowns. However I can't stand the new player. I don't understand why there was a change when the QuickTime player previously used worked fine. I don't understand why it was changed and would love the standard player to come back.

Moved to Maryland, excited when today the Eagles App announced live viewing of games. Does not work for me on iOS. I see a black screen requesting that I turn on location services. It’s already on, I had it on “while using” so I changed it to “Always On” but repeatedly launching PhiladelphiaEagles shows that the Eagles app does not detect the location arrow on the same screen as PhiladelphiaEagles . Otherwise PhiladelphiaEagles is great, So I gave it 2 stars.

I love PhiladelphiaEagles, but of course I’m a big Eagles fan. I wish they would give us a notification when the game is about to start, maybe 5 mins till game time. Otherwise than that not problem with PhiladelphiaEagles . Keep up the good work. This is a “True Review” ✌🏾

PhiladelphiaEagles works great. There is one thing that needs some work. The radio button could be fixed for people outside of the Philadelphia area. I can’t listen to the game on PhiladelphiaEagles because I am outside the authorized area. If this could be fixed I would give it a 5 star.

In the injury reports list there is no explanation to what those symbols mean. Yes, I figured what the x with a circle meant ... but it would be helpful to have a legend on that page/slide. Overall a great app for a great season. Wow, we were one TD away from beating the Saints. Read Isaiah 40:31 “... they shall fly on wings like eagles...”

I loved the Radio portion of your app but now I can’t get it! Please bring it back! Living in South Dakota and even having the Red Zone it’s still nice to have the Radio back up, I miss it! Gotta follow my “Eagles”!

I am a young Eagles fan living in New England. It is scary territory. Everyone wears patriots every day, and all I want to do is throw up. PhiladelphiaEagles is so great it is very useful. I do wish I could get reminded when a game is about to start. But that’s it. Absolutely great app!!

Does its job, easy way to see current Eagles news, roster updates, schedule and many other features. I also use it to check the score of the game.

I don’t understand why you’d have a feature available then take it away so only the locals can use it. This team has fans everywhere who would love to follow the games even if we don’t live in the area. Please open it back up to the rest of us who want to follow the team. I can’t watch the games and using PhiladelphiaEagles so I can at least listen in was the closest I could get.

I’ve been a eagles fan since I was 8 months now I’m ten years old when I first heard about PhiladelphiaEagles I got it and it’s a cool app I give PhiladelphiaEagles 5 stars go birds

Very disappointed that I can't use the radio portion to listen to the games. That was the main reason I got PhiladelphiaEagles . Especially since in my area, the local radio coverage keeps changing and I never know who or if anyone is carrying it. Plus, I just don't have time to watch the Sunday games. Hope it comes back soon.

I am way out of market where Eagles games are rarely broadcast. The deceptive advertising of PhiladelphiaEagles would lead you to believe you can watch the games live on PhiladelphiaEagles . Total BS! They pass you off to a streaming service where the game becomes pay-for-view. I am deleting, all the stats are available in sports section of newspapers on line. All PhiladelphiaEagles does is take up space on my iPad.

I give PhiladelphiaEagles a 5 star because it keeps me up to data with games scores and when players are doing good bad and I just over all love PhiladelphiaEagles
