This is Sunday, February 16, 2025. Once again we have not received our Sunday paper. This is the fourth Sunday now that we have not received it. What do we need to do to have you remedy this issue. Four weeks without the Sunday paper that we are paying for is getting a little old. Please figure out a solution. Thank you.

How do you email an article to a friend. I see the email link icon but when I click on it nothing happens.
I just got a subscription for the Wisconsin State Journal a couple of days ago and haven't received a paper yet. my address is 511 Commerce Dr Apt 320. There were other papers delivered but none for Apt 320.
I split my time between two homes. I start and stop my subscription a couple of times a year. Your people never, EVER get that accomplished!! Typical of that situation, I called a week ago to restart my subscription. No paper Thur, no paper today. I called and they had no record of my return! This is not brain surgery. Tell me what I need to do for you to get this right. And you wonder why people are abandoning newspapers???
Search does not work

I was looking for an article about a train incident. I had the correct date (8/7/21). I searched for "Train" but the article did not appear in the results. Eventually, I found the article on page A5 -- there it is -- and my search term, "Train", is in the article's headline. A Google search found it online! But no results using an in-app search. And the navigation icons are confusing -- they make no sense.

If there was someway to reload pages, it would be very nice. I will get to certain pages and have to wait and wait for the page to refresh. It also would be nice if when going to the next page, it would go to the top of the next page. I get kind of tired of ending up at the bottom of the next page and then have to scroll back up.
The best way to read the newspaper on your IPad

This app is the only way I like to read my newspaper when I am away from the paper copy. In some ways, it is better than the paper version. I don’t have go to another page and find the continuation when I am reading an article. I even use it sometimes when the paper version is available because it is easier than finding the right section of the paper. I do like the paper version in the morning to go right to what I am after!
