Every time I open an issue it has to download again. Very time consuming if it will load at all. I have gotten a message several times to delete the issue completely and retry.

Crashes constantly. Pages refresh very slowly if at all. After an update, I lost ALL of my subscribed material!!!! I contacted customer support only to receive a reply asking if I had performed an update to LuxeInteriorsDesign . I replied yes but I never heard from them again!

Then I tried calling them. That only lead to direction to contact their technical support via email.

Terrible App. I purchased 3 issues of the magazine and I am never able to open any of them.
Don't buy it: they just take your money!!!

I have a paid subscription and cannot view latest issues, this is a constant problem. A subscription appears to be a waste of money.

It says “an error has occurred, update app” but there is no update. Tried deleting and reinstalling but that doesn’t work.

I receive the print edition. But LuxeInteriorsDesign tells me “not allowed to download this issue.” Tech services tells me to delete LuxeInteriorsDesign and reload. Possibly the worst app ever developed.

You cannot read double page spread. And it crushes all the time.

Non-existent support - they ignore customer request. Cannot view purchased issues. Cannot get them to refund subscription. Badd business practices.

I purchased a one year subscription and have been able to only download one issues. The other issues that have been released since the purchase of my subscription won't even show up in LuxeInteriorsDesign . Have tried everything suggested in the f & a and nothing has worked. Sent multiple emails to support with no response. Paid for a full year and only received one issue. Waste of money and frustrating.

I received an email offering me a subscription for $4.99. When I push the button "Subscribe Now" it takes me to LuxeInteriorsDesign store and downloads LuxeInteriorsDesign . When I open LuxeInteriorsDesign and select "subscribe" the only price is $9.99!

Fail!!

I tried LuxeInteriorsDesign a while ago and deleted it cause it just didn't work well. Thought I'd try it again, but I see the same careless attitude about subscribers still exists today, not to mention that LuxeInteriorsDesign hasn't been updated for 9 months. More of that careless attitude.

For anyone thinking of using LuxeInteriorsDesign and accessing LUXE digitally: save your time and money.

For the LUXE developers: go try out the digital version of AD. They know how to do it right. And the digital version is free with a subscription to the print magazine.

I paid for a year subscription. Some issues I paid for never showed up in LuxeInteriorsDesign , and then after an iPad restore, they all disappeared. The "restore issues" feature in LuxeInteriorsDesign doesn't work. Over the past 3 months, I've sent 7 messages to the company using the support email addresses and message feature on the Support tab in LuxeInteriorsDesign . They haven't responded to any of my messages or fixed LuxeInteriorsDesign . Don't waste your money or time.

I tried to purchase the digital magazine yearly subscription but was never successful - no download whatsoever- then had worse luck by reaching an invalid support customer website. I was finally able to send an email to their customer support - am now waiting for a response. FYI - The latest magazine out is January 2016. If you have to wait until the current magazine is out, LuxeInteriorsDesign should tell you.

This company and app ought to do better. I subscribed to a print and online subscription a year ago, which I was excited about, but then only received one copy in the mail and was barely able to access the online content. The program does not display in landscape format. Then, the company had the gall to auto-renew my subscription.

It’s decent but extremely disappointing that I can’t see a 2 page spread. LuxeInteriorsDesign only shows one page at a time. Can’t be that hard to update either

I love the print version of this magazine but LuxeInteriorsDesign is horrible. There is no longer a landscape option. It loses my issues and won't restore them. The pages hang and then the whole thing quits and then I have to delete it and restore to get it to function at all. Do us all a favor Luxe and take a look at Architectural Digest's app. That is how a digital version is supposed to look and operate.

I enjoy reading Luxe. It has the most current interior design trends around. I love the contemporary look and luxe gets it. One of the best magazines available.

The Luxe - New York January Winter 2015 GOLD LIST EDITION is one of the best to date. Such a diverse body of work and you really get your money's worth. Where other magazines seem to be shrinking Luxe is growing in quality and content.

Love this magazine and LuxeInteriorsDesign! I was having some difficulty adding my subscription and before I had to call I got an email for Emmanuel from the IT dept. telling me he saw I was having a problem and fixed it before I got the call out! Thanks again!
