Previous (2017) purchases are gone with update.

The app updated a few months ago and I am no longer able to retrieve any of my previous purchases from 2017 or earlier. I contacted the developer and did all the recommended procedures and they basically said “oh well, contact the publisher.” I have all my Apple receipts, but I’m not sure how this will help. Lion’s Roar Foundation should be aware they have a developer who may be ‘nonattached’ to their responsibility to resolve technical issues : ) It’s a good magazine, but be aware if you don’t read them promptly, you may lose them, permanently, unless impermanence means I might get them back someday...

I can only hope that the developers of this wonderful publication will fix the issues with this app. It doesn't open it only crashes. When you fix the issue and I can read the Journal I will give you a better review or at least a review based on an app that works.
