Took out membership Sep2019. The app keeps giving me an Inbox message, deleted multiple times, still appearing: “Your membership expired Sep2019”. Same message appears at the cinema kiosk. Staff told me “it does that sometimes”. Hoyts, get your IT systems sorted and integrated please. And fix your app.

Wi you please please PLEASE update this app! Hoyt's is connected to Optus Perks and whether going through the app or attempting to find movies online through Hoyt's it is PAINFULLY slow and unresponsive.
Plus, when trying to select seats when purchasing online several available seat options do not respond to tap or allow you to select (often in row 'H' right where I want to sit).
