TVA Lake Info Reviews

Would like to see what lake fluctuations are from TVALakeInfo. How many feet is the lake going up or down on a daily basis. Simple stuff. Like the Knoxville News has it in paper each day. More user friendly.

It’s a super handy app that makes water levels and releases readily accessible. BUT, it doesn’t include normal pool levels for the lake. Please add this. Just an added text at the top before the release numbers noting what normal summer and winter levels are. That would make TVALakeInfo a 5 Star for me.

Come on TVA. Why would the newest version contain less information? Please bring back the chart that shows past and current levels as well as normal winter and summer levers. This is a huge aid for those of us who keep our boats in the water most of the year. Current water temperature data would also be nice.

I like it but why can TVA not release 2-3 days in advance instead of just 24 hours. If there is no surprise weather these guys just operate on autopilot. We drive 3-4 hours to fish. A little more heads up would be nice.

This version is problematic, the previous version was much improved over the new one. I have continuous issues with this one and have had to un-install and re-install several times. Functions slowly and not user friendly.

TVALakeInfo is useless to boating fisherman without the lake maps. Please add the maps back. This was a 5 star app for fisherman with the lake maps. It made navigating boat ramps a breeze and fisherman that have never even been on a particular lake could use the map and decide where to fish and TVALakeInfo would take you right to the boat ramp.

Tells you what you want to know except normal pool level. Would be 5 star. Might as well just use the google.

An app with limited use an some decent information, but no longer is working. When I open it comes up with a blank lakes page with search bar, that leads to nothing.

Decent app to find water levels and spill rates but constantly asks for agreement on terms of service and use every time you open TVALakeInfo .

The update has made TVALakeInfo faster but I miss the maps. We used them all the time while on the lake.

I would Love to see an update that has all the boat ramps of a lake on each lake and there address.

Nice app, it is just missing the full pool information on the lake data pages.

It seems TVA removed some important data on the new app. Wether it has to do with liability or just poor development is not known. History was removed, non rotatable (for cell phone use only), etc. Just an ok app.

Nice app for levels and discharge but for those that don’t live in the area knowing the water temperature would be great for fishermen.

App needs a lot of work. Have to agree to terms every time I open it and it does not save favorites lake information.

It’s like starting over each time.

When you open TVALakeInfo and the lake list comes up it orients for vertical use only. If you select a lake and it goes to that lake it will orient correctly if you tilt the iPad then tilt it back.

TVALakeInfo was perfect until the maps were removed. The maps were very helpful finding boat launches on the lake and included the amenities at each facility. Please bring them back!

In the past I could check all locations from Pickwick, Savannah, Perryville, New Johnsonville and Kentucky dam on one page.
I can’t find those now. Only Kentucky dam
I think shows now. Any suggestions??

Why don't you add current water temperature? Would be very helpful for fishing and recreation. Before thinking about driving to the lake for boating it would be very helpful to know.
