App is full of incorrect flight information! You other apps for the correct flight gates and times. Show my flight is on-time and were still onboard delayed 2.45 mins app haven’t updated the times and others have the correct time were delayed but the lhr app is still behind.
So bad

On iPhone, it's just unusable. It's stuck on the splash screen, with the "Got it" button mostly below the screen, so it can't be tapped.
On iPad you can technically use it, but try to find a connection path between Terminal 3 and Terminal 5 without going through customs, and all the app tells you is that the location you chose is unreachable.
Lot of promise but gaps

The app is generally good but looks lacking in two areas.
First, the app doesn’t show the arrival and departure GATES. I am connecting through Heathrow and the app only shows terminal 5. I believe I have to go from a gates to b gates but app flight status doesn’t show it (btw neither does ba). As the connection is short, the app doesn’t help show me where to go.
Second, the interactive terminal map doesn’t work.
Without this functionality, the app has little value other than to show food and shopping.
