I think u guys can add some new fonctions which can help employees also eployers make simple conversation or maybe it could leave messages to each other， I do believe those functions can save lots of time and money for employers and employees。

Such as whenever employees apply a new job，the system might ask if him or her needs create a cover letter for the position he is interested in。Because in some cases employees seem like under the job qualified，but in reality they could handle or they may have other special skills or resources can put into the new company。All they need just a pre-interview，it can be just a short explanation of themslves or some strange factors in their CV。For instance，now I am living in my city，but for some reasons I want apply a job in another city far away home。But I wish I can find new job before I move to the city where I planned to work。So I need to talk to the HRs，ensure them understand this is a deliberate applicaton，as well as the date I can start working for them。Otherwise there wont be anyone consider me as a potential staff who can be rectuited。

Anyway， 前程无忧51Job求职招聘找工作 is quite good so far。Looking foreword u guys focus on timely interaction between employees and employers。
