Constant ad interruption

I am a sustaining member of WUFT. I listen all of the time and have started using this app at least six months ago. The interruption for vitas health care is non stop. Sometimes they interrupt a story or the news three times in one minute. I am going to search out specific NPR programs instead of using this app. Hope you can fix this.
Crashes a lot

Frequently it will just stop playing and have to restart the app to get it playing again. Does this both on wifi and cell data. Also eats up a lot of battery when in use. Not with it to use this app
Does not work

When playing the radio shuts off every couple minutes and unable to change settings. When using any other controls app freezes up.
