Don't Get It
This app is a pain in the neck. We made a reservation, then when we looked up our reservation to double check the accuracy it said we already completed our stay. We then searched for a number, talked to a rep who said she couldn't fix the date until we gave her our confirmation number; but we never received it. She then told us to call back in 2 hours to fix the problem...if we would have done that it would be 3 a.m. So, we ended up calling our bank to make them aware and not to let the charges pass...as soon as this matter is resolved we're deleting the stupid app.
