This app had been working great until this morning. It went off at 5:30 AM like it was scheduled to for work. But...it would not let me mark it as done. Nothing I tried worked - tried closing it out and reopening it - nope; I powered my iPhone off and back on- nope that didn’t work either. I finally resorted to deleting and reinstalling the app. Of course, I lost all of my data as a result!

I contacted the developers about this issue and I have yet to hear back from them! At first I couldn’t get it to let me restore my Pro series purchase but I was finally able to do that. I’ve had to re-enter all of my data manually.

One of my alarms in particular could have been an absolute disaster if I hadn’t had an alternate app with the information in it that I needed. Specifically, I take a medication where the dose is 1/2 a tablet every other day! I’ve relied on this app to keep up with that for me. Fortunately, a few days ago I came across a medication app and downloaded, installed and set it up. Because of having done that, I was able to get the information I needed to set the alarm for this medication from that app.

So - thankfully no actual harm or foul but I would appreciate an explanation from the developers as to why this fiasco happened in the first place. And yes, my iPhone is up to date with iOS, etc.

The update is visually more pleasing than the old version but it used to take less than 10 seconds to set a reminder by simple taps. The holding down the reminder box and menu that pops up is nothing but time consuming. Please change it back to where the options popped up above the box to quickly do and set reminders. I have been using this app since it launched eeeeeons ago and this is the worst update to date. Please go back to being quick and efficient for the sanity of all of us.

I have used this app for a long time and have always sworn by it. But ever since around the time I updated my phone to iOS 10, it has been a mess. Notifications sometimes just don't happen, other times they only alert me once, when I have them set to bug me every minute. Other times I can't get the notifications to stop even after I reset the alert. So frustrating. The app is no longer reliable enough to be used when things are important, or you will miss them. Please update and fix this app.
