Bonjour, sur l application je me suis trompé de cinéma celui dans lequel h ai réserver le pratique pas les meme tarif j ai donc du repayer des places dans le cinéma ou je suis est ce possible de se faire rembourser les premier billets achetés dans le mauvais cinéma étant donné que je ne participerais pas a la séance et que j ai repayer des places ( j ai évidemment en photo les places si besoin) Merci de votre réponse

I book regularly with this app and I keep having troubles. I book in one theater and get tickets for another, I book a movie I get another one, and tonight I got the best: I bought tickets and never got them... My wife tried, ooops, and now we bought four tickets and have none...
