Update Jan 29, 2018 - SpreakerPodcasts has an ongoing issue with suddenly not being able to connect to the chat area during live broadcasts. It requires stopping the podcast, closing and clearing SpreakerPodcasts and then trying again. Sometimes it takes several tries for this to work to even let one play the live podcast again. It’s extremely frustrating and seems to be occurring with many users. Please fix this Spreaker!!!

I have loved creating and listening to podcasts on Spreaker for a couple of years now. One feature that I've always wanted to see and hasn't been offered is push notifications to alert about new podcasts from the users that I follow. I often miss new shows that were recorded because I didn't know they were posted. This would also increase your listenership because users would be alerted of new content. Even an email notification, like you now offer for live podcasts, would be an improvement. In this day and age, just about every kind of app has some push notification feature. Please consider this for a future update.

I primarily listen to programs who's content is broadly extraterrestrial and paranormal in nature. Although a few of my favorite programs, such as Monster Quest, are no longer aired on Spreaker, the other ones I enjoy are still available and past episodes are plentifully retrievable. Shows such as Aquarian Radio and Daniel Ott offer hours of listening pleasure and the options are many. I would highly recommend Spreaker to anyone searching for an app that allows for a broad range of program genre and options.

The message feed is intermittent on the best days, but even that's not as bad as the audio cutting out whenever it's the least convenient. It doesn't matter if I'm using a cellular data or WiFi. Running the chat and audio uses much more data than any similar apps I've used, even when it's not playing content and the chat function is dead. It's almost as if Spreaker worshipping Satan (aka AT&T) in an effort to steal our data driven souls. 😂
Please FIX SpreakerPodcasts Spreaker people so you're not the worst podcast aggregator on the planet & I can put some stars back on this review.

Listening to live broadcasts still very poor with delayed content but the chat is working better. Up to 2 stars. I don't like leaving negative reviews but C'MON GUYS!

I been a loyal broadcaster on spreaker for almost ten years. Had a MixShow were I did a DJ mix. The performance off the service was great. Until recently they completely deleted my account because of terms of agreement because I played music that was not licensed. Never been a issue till now. Although they never offer a royalty fee pay in their payment options like mixcloud which would solve that problem. But now reviewing the terms on their page it seems that spreaker want to be like YouTube,Facebook and other platforms that want to put a leash on their paying customers. Terrible mistake on their behalf to ruin a once great podcast platform. But power to the consumer I’ll just take my business and money over to mixcloud.

I’m a Spreaker podcaster (Dominique Does Life), and while I’ve absolutely loved working with Spreaker, I’ve been getting texts, emails and comments on social media from listeners saying that the Spreaker app won’t play anything when my listeners open it up and select a track from a podcast. I’m not loving that. I recently opened up my own Spreaker app to see whether this is true, and lo and behold, it is! Let’s get it together, Spreaker.

Spreaker offers many great features, but support is simply non-existent. This greatly reduces the value of membership, and wastes months of time which should be spent using and enjoying your membership as a Spreaker podcaster, to say nothing of the rest of your life.

Just bad, and got worse as I was encouraged to increase the price of monthly membership to get some basic answers to important questions. All the fun of having teeth pulled combined with the excitement of talking to a wall.

Very, very disappointed. I spent months digging in deeper, buying higher tier subscriptions, in the hopes of getting a little support. Despite it's many great features, I can't recommend Spreaker.

I just want to say, out of all of the podcast apps I have tried, this one takes the cake. Customer service- on point and ready. Creator tools- beautifully easy to understand and use. Branding and monetization- quick, easy, and just overall good. Our favorite corporation, you guys are doing great

SpreakerPodcasts is not very user-friendly. It offers very little options as far as searching for and exploring new podcasts. And the ability to add a show as a favorite still doesn’t seem to work. When I touch the star nothing happens, but if I touch it again it asked me if I want to remove it as a favorite. And yet when I look at my favorites list there is nothing there. So it’s acknowledging that I’ve added a favorite, but at the same time it’s not. Still a lot of functionality issues with SpreakerPodcasts.

This is a great app I support it 100% my only problem with SpreakerPodcasts is the listening in order it goes backwards instead of forward just need tat to be corrected and or implement the feature to listen in whatever order the user (the listener) chose to do so there should be an option and it should also automatically go forward instead of backwards. Fix that issue and I will give this the 5 star it truly deserve.

Simply Put EXCELLENT there really is much to say one ☝🏽 of the BEST that’s out there. You will not understand until you download it if you don’t have it yet. Just download it and then you will understand the five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. A must have thank you 🙏🏽 for such a beautiful and wonderful product. Again thank you.

1. All apps on AppStore have dark mode since iOS early update but I wonder why I can't see and switch in SpreakerPodcasts. I don't spend time on SpreakerPodcasts because everything is on white background which drains my battery so fast.
2. Playlist doesn't work. I can't edit it. I can't add or remove podcasts to playlist. I clicked the love button to favorite any podcast but it doesn't show on favourites tab.
3. No next, fast-forward, previous or rewind buttons. I had to drop this rating to one star

Spreaker could be easier to use. I have been a broadcast on Spreaker for a few year now and have seen continuous updates and improvements to the platform.

If you are a beginner, give Spreaker a try and you will be pleasantly surprised at how helpful they are and how easy it is to navigate through the basic setup.

I have found some great shows... music, sports, news and adult conversation. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because SpreakerPodcasts used to notify when the shows I follow go live and that has stopped. I also am not able to set sound alerts. I can only have banners

Your Spreaker app the latest is awful I am already logged in yet it asks me to log in and it says I have no favorites. What’s happened do you test before you release if you do you’ve got even bigger problem if you don’t you need to!

Awesome amount of good information. I’m so glad you can explain all of the details of the NBA trades. Just as a Portland fan, I was really sorry to see C.J. And Norman go. And I liked what Larry brought to the team too. It will just take time to see if it works for the betterment of the Blazers.

I’ve had SpreakerPodcasts for a few years now. But I have to say it’s not the easiest to use. The front page is quite confusing because it’s a bunch of random stuff. Getting to the search button and finding new episodes from people I follow is annoying because not easily found.

Very nice, clear sound, the search bottom is very hard to find it should be in the main screen. Also many times a podcast is starting and skips to the next episode without doing anything.

Spreaker is by far the most innovative and best quality platform out there. I don't find the interface as seamless and the mixer as good as original design as you were able to change screen orientation upon turning.

I can’t fibd a way to find things search does not locate the podcasts I have as my favorites. Can’t erase things. I use to have newsfeed on my settings and that would find things, but it disappeared. I am a senior and find this not user friendly. I only have a couple of people I follow and can’t find there las test updates and it doesn’t download them. The delete or erase function is not to be found

I love SpreakerPodcasts it’s the most amazing podcast app and just to listen to stuff that you want to go check out the house of Yahweh if you read this review you must go listen it’s so beautiful

Great app! Have had it over 2 years with no problems. Easy to use to make podcasts on the go. Anyone can make a podcast with SpreakerPodcasts! Give it a try, but don’t forget to promote your show.

You’re still missing one thing. The numbers of plays and downloads for each episode.

Spreaker is one the most easy to learn and use podcast available,It will cost you nothing to start and will teach you how to get better at doing it.
