I never review apps, but feel obligated to report this recently updated app (Fall 2019), with a new company, is completely useless. I used it often and very successfully last season, so re-purchased the subscription this season to stream content for men’s basketball. Unfortunately, 9.9 times out 10 the video content will not load - even podcasts. The radio feature offers no way to rewind or to pick up where you left off if you close DukeBlueDevils , or to fast forward quickly. Just like "real" radio! Huh? I have no other issues streaming content on my other apps, just this one. C’mon - Blue Devils fans deserve better than this! What's going on?

I think this DukeBlueDevils on which it used to be possible to see, for example, the entire Duke men’s basketball schedule, including scores of games already played. But no more! If that’s still possible, I can’t figure out how. I’m about to delete DukeBlueDevils from my phone. And another thing, somehow DukeBlueDevils has populated my iPhone calendar with every darn Duke athletic event. I would like to have men’s and women’s basketball, but don’t know how to get rid of all the rest without deleting them, too. So I’d rate DukeBlueDevils as worse than worthless. Goodbye!

Very good app just has a few glitches with schedule sometimes others very helpful

I paid $5 a few years ago for this version of DukeBlueDevils but I still don’t get game replays and extended highlights anymore. I don’t always get my notifications either. Other than those things I love DukeBlueDevils . I would just like to be able to have full features available since I did pay for DukeBlueDevils .

When I first added DukeBlueDevils it functioned well. Easy to find teams, rosters, schedules and scores. Not any more!! Please do some marketing research and redesign this for easier navigation and access to specific teams. The advertisement that keeps popping up from Uilever with a “Fan game” is deceptive and doesn’t actually contribute to a reputable charity! I am disappointed that Duke University did not do a better job of vetting advertisers and their credibility!!

Have been using DukeBlueDevils for years. Suddenly last basketball season the add to calendar “ function seemed to go
Kafluey and remains so this season. Also, just now when I opened DukeBlueDevils the “ rate DukeBlueDevils” window appeared but when I agreed to rate DukeBlueDevils the link brought me to the OU app in DukeBlueDevils Store.

I do not like the new format at all!!! Last few days, all I see is blank. Can’t get
anything. If I had the financial resources to contribute to the athletics programs, I would immediately suspend all
donations until app made accessible and practical. Can’t convey how frustrated and disappointed with inability to get on site. Several family Duke alums share same thoughts. Basketball is here!

I have been using the Duke app successfully for years, but the new version just stopped working all together. I tried deleting it and downloading it again and it still won’t work. I will rely on other sources for Duke news.

I used to love DukeBlueDevils but don’t like the new format/version - and thats my opinion when it works. Past two days DukeBlueDevils hasnt been loading any content. It’s blank. Re-downloaded. Didn’t help. I’ve had to google men’s basketball schedule since DukeBlueDevils isn’t working. Can’t see Coach K’s post game interviews since DukeBlueDevils ’s not working. Please fix! Thanks!

DukeBlueDevils gets five stars just for being about Duke. You won't regret getting DukeBlueDevils.

The change to the new platform this year has not made the viewing experience better in any way. The worst In particular is the post game conferences cycle through multiple commercials and grt stuck on transferring to acgually replay the conference.

It feels to keep up with the sports again. I played baseball and wrestling when I was at duke. Go blue devils

As a Coach and Duke Basketball fan I've fallen in love with DukeBlueDevils. I look forward to Live & OnDemand Games. I'm a young coach and value very much the insight given by Coach K during the post game press conferences. Without DukeBlueDevils I'd never have to the opportunity to absorb and learn from the knowledge and insight given during this press conferences.

I like the previous version a lot better. On it, I could favorite the men’s basketball team. On the new version, I have to go through a bunch of steps to get there.

Update: DukeBlueDevils has gone from bad to worse. Now I can’t get it to work at all.

DukeBlueDevils provides all of the updates I need to stay updated for Duke Athletics!

Poorly designed app with lots of bugs. Post game MBB interviews just show the ad and the main video doesn’t play. No way to submit feedback either. That’s what happens when one app tries to do too many things and for all sports.

I'm a Duke alumnus who is over 40. My eyes bleed reading the small text used throughout DukeBlueDevils. It must have been written by perfect vision teens in Professor Astrachan's CS class.

I liked it better last year. Not very user friendly, for me anyway.

I used this for years. Now, when I open it up, there’s nothing. Blank, with an “updating” message. It never loads. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still nothing. Heck.
