I never review apps, but feel obligated to report this recently updated app (Fall 2019), with a new company, is completely useless. I used it often and very successfully last season, so re-purchased the subscription this season to stream content for men’s basketball. Unfortunately, 9.9 times out 10 the video content will not load - even podcasts. The radio feature offers no way to rewind or to pick up where you left off if you close DukeAthletics , or to fast forward quickly. Just like "real" radio! Huh? I have no other issues streaming content on my other apps, just this one. C’mon - Blue Devils fans deserve better than this! What's going on?

I like the previous version a lot better. On it, I could favorite the men’s basketball team. On the new version, I have to go through a bunch of steps to get there.

Update: DukeAthletics has gone from bad to worse. Now I can’t get it to work at all.

Poorly designed app with lots of bugs. Post game MBB interviews just show the ad and the main video doesn’t play. No way to submit feedback either. That’s what happens when one app tries to do too many things and for all sports.

I used to love DukeAthletics but don’t like the new format/version - and thats my opinion when it works. Past two days DukeAthletics hasnt been loading any content. It’s blank. Re-downloaded. Didn’t help. I’ve had to google men’s basketball schedule since DukeAthletics isn’t working. Can’t see Coach K’s post game interviews since DukeAthletics ’s not working. Please fix! Thanks!

I do not like the new format at all!!! Last few days, all I see is blank. Can’t get
anything. If I had the financial resources to contribute to the athletics programs, I would immediately suspend all
donations until app made accessible and practical. Can’t convey how frustrated and disappointed with inability to get on site. Several family Duke alums share same thoughts. Basketball is here!

When I first added DukeAthletics it functioned well. Easy to find teams, rosters, schedules and scores. Not any more!! Please do some marketing research and redesign this for easier navigation and access to specific teams. The advertisement that keeps popping up from Uilever with a “Fan game” is deceptive and doesn’t actually contribute to a reputable charity! I am disappointed that Duke University did not do a better job of vetting advertisers and their credibility!!

I think this DukeAthletics on which it used to be possible to see, for example, the entire Duke men’s basketball schedule, including scores of games already played. But no more! If that’s still possible, I can’t figure out how. I’m about to delete DukeAthletics from my phone. And another thing, somehow DukeAthletics has populated my iPhone calendar with every darn Duke athletic event. I would like to have men’s and women’s basketball, but don’t know how to get rid of all the rest without deleting them, too. So I’d rate DukeAthletics as worse than worthless. Goodbye!

I used this for years. Now, when I open it up, there’s nothing. Blank, with an “updating” message. It never loads. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still nothing. Heck.

The change to the new platform this year has not made the viewing experience better in any way. The worst In particular is the post game conferences cycle through multiple commercials and grt stuck on transferring to acgually replay the conference.

I'm a Duke alumnus who is over 40. My eyes bleed reading the small text used throughout DukeAthletics. It must have been written by perfect vision teens in Professor Astrachan's CS class.

I paid $5 a few years ago for this version of DukeAthletics but I still don’t get game replays and extended highlights anymore. I don’t always get my notifications either. Other than those things I love DukeAthletics . I would just like to be able to have full features available since I did pay for DukeAthletics .

I have been using the Duke app successfully for years, but the new version just stopped working all together. I tried deleting it and downloading it again and it still won’t work. I will rely on other sources for Duke news.

Have been using DukeAthletics for years. Suddenly last basketball season the add to calendar “ function seemed to go
Kafluey and remains so this season. Also, just now when I opened DukeAthletics the “ rate DukeAthletics” window appeared but when I agreed to rate DukeAthletics the link brought me to the OU app in DukeAthletics Store.

As a Coach and Duke Basketball fan I've fallen in love with DukeAthletics. I look forward to Live & OnDemand Games. I'm a young coach and value very much the insight given by Coach K during the post game press conferences. Without DukeAthletics I'd never have to the opportunity to absorb and learn from the knowledge and insight given during this press conferences.
