Poor resolution, buggy app, badly designed
I’ve tried to watch five movies, and two of them crash the app every time I try to start them. The movies stream at a tiny size, taking up only about half the size of my iPad screen, with black bars on each side of the image. The app won’t save your movie’s progress if you want to stop and come back, rewinding or fast forwarding is buggy. Not up to the user-friendly standards of any other streaming service I have used.

Absolute garbage
Tried to search for my movie. Search bar doesn’t come up. Okay, I scroll through the front page until I find it. Have to hit Play like five times before it starts — screeching muddy audio and with no picture. Tried to pause, wouldn’t pause. Tried to back out to menu to launch again, wouldn’t do that. Had to force quit app. As far as I can tell this fails at every level.

Can’t see my movies, app crashes
On iPhone X with latest iOS when I log in, I don’t see any movies listed under MyFlix. When I click on the My Account option, the app crashes every time.
