For several months now, every time I try to look at a story on WLOS.com, I get this: '500 Something didn’t go as planned! Please try refreshing the page or coming back later.' How do I fix it?

Too many ads within the news story. Every few lines, an ad appears - not just a still ad but a moving one. And the ads are huge and take up a lot of the screen. One SHORT news story had FIVE ads. Would not have had to scroll at all to read that one if it had not had all those ads. Also many repeats of same ad within the story. Many, many. many, many repeats of a vape store ad.

Fairly decent app, but too many issues to name. Biggest problem is no way to delete read articles. They just stay there for weeks, taking up valuable space. Put in a way to delete articles.
Still waiting for a way to delete articles that take up so much space. I guess the best way, since you don’t listen to readers, is to delete the app. One more strike and you are deleted.

This app needs a serious overhaul! Pictures are blank, scrolling is very glitchy and freezes. Way to many advertisements.
Whoever writes these news articles needs to learn how to spell and proof read before publishing, I mean come on now WLOS and you call yourselves #1 news leader in WNC?
