KABB FOX29 Reviews

I’ve recently started using KABBFOX29 to watch Fox 29 news. Talk about terrible. So many stories are cut off in the middle of the broadcast by advertising. You’re then forced to watch the same ad five times in a row!! Talk about adding insult to injury. The sound isn’t very good either. Two reporters on the same set will have two different volumes. Don’t get too interested in a story because more than likely you won’t get to hear the whole thing. From other reviews it looks like this issue has been longstanding with no care to correct.

Very disappointed again. KABBFOX29 is just a list that doesn't even rotate. Why even have an app? It was great up until the last couple updates. I wouldn't recommend KABBFOX29 to anyone. (F)

This is a bad app keeps crashing when accessing weather. Typical SA......cheap!

I was hoping it would work but just weather works

App skips in the middle of a story and cuts to traffic for like 5 seconds then cuts to weather briefly then cuts to the middle of a story, or cuts to commercial. Can’t ever hear the whole thing. Thought this would be convenient but it’s actually frustrating. Been like this forever and thought it would be addressed by now. Would give zero stars if I could.

I updated KABBFOX29 and now if I click on an article all I get is the photo and it locks up! Makes KABBFOX29 totally useless!

I want them back! Your old app was far better than this new one. Please bring the TxDOT live road cams back! Your new app is graphically ugly! Bad design.

Seriously I get that you need advertisers but the same Divorce ad after every single paragraph. So annoying. It’s not a positive ad. It’s a bad one. I’ll stick with KSAT.

The only thing KABBFOX29 would do is show me how to use it. Tried deleting and adding back with same results.

Just downloaded KABBFOX29 - no sound. I checked other streaming sites and the sound is fine on my iPad. Maybe there is a KABB lip reading app.

They don't update most of the news, most news about sports are like weeks old! Plus the "news" section. Only has about 7-8 news, and thats it. Its a very boring "news" app. Its to plain. I don't recommend it. I prefer, KSAT12

I have news apps because I can't watch the news. But when the same stories have been there for a week or more what is the point. The news feed needs to be fixed so it updates and shows new stories as they come out in order for me to keep KABBFOX29.

The only reason I downloaded this was for the traffic features. Too bad there isn't a traffic section in here! I don't want to read the bio of the newscasters, I don't care what happened on the 9am morning show, I just want to see the freaking traffic conditions. The description says "current local traffic" but it is a load of rubbish. The option for traffic is not there.

After the last update, all the stories are just black boxes. There’s no text to read at all. Oh, but the ads show up perfectly.

Worked fine the first few days, now it crashes every time I launch it. Tried uninstalling/re-installing, no help.

I love KABB in the morning for my news; but sometimes, (a lot!!), it skips, or cut off to s commercial. It’s frustrating, because then I never get an entire story, or weather, or traffic. Please fix!!!!

I missed the report by yami on the guy who keeps getting caught then released. You need to add a spot for her.

Love it! Quick download, simple intuitive interface. In seconds I was back in touch with home. Videos not working though.
