Would be nice the inbox for my Swiss post profile account was accessible via the app (not only the website) and if push notifications instead of emails were delivered for new inbox items. Also, there is no way to provide app failures or technical requests via the app (not even the website) - only option is this public approach here i this review. Would be nice if also There was a way to chat or email to support persons rather than only a phone call (as evidenced in the website). Nobody uses the phone anymore and to have that as the only option is frustrating and sooo last century!

The app is useful and works, old reviews are mostly not accurate anymore.
Only complaint is that it „looks & feels“ somewhat rusty. Also the Maps View is not standard with a slowly moving POI marking your location instead of a blue dot... confusing.

The app does not have a feature to retain tracking numbers. You have to reenter the number over again to check the status.
