I get “bad response format”when I click on any tab or try to navigate anything in the app. I’m using an iphone

Just scored a game - was going to setup the next game. Have a square box in center of screen with Date / Time. (todays date and time) I cannot get rid of box. - Locked up and cannot go anywhere no matter what I try to do. Have not had any problem with app until today. I have turned Ipad off/on several times times - go back into app - still there. any ideas on how to fix? Thanks for your time. Marv
