Does not work. Sends you to start at locations nowhere near where you are or were told to start canvassing. Routes are long with large gaps. I would only do this if you have a car, otherwise you will end up walking miles to your route only be be directed somewhere else to actually start working.

Extremely difficult to use now because when you shut off your screen, the app restarts and puts you at the top of the list. Only way to stop this is to keep app open, but that drains battery. Needs to be fixed otherwise it’s going to hinder organizers ability

I’ve canvassed using minivan for years and it’s always been a pretty solid program up until the newest update. I can promise you than no canvasser EVER needs a prompt after every single person who is marked inaccessible/refused. It’s tedious, annoying, and it was incredibly EASY to change how you marked someone if you did happen to hit the wrong selection before the update. I’d also like to note that many canvassers have to switch between the app and texts/emails/photos/etc and there is no reason AT ALL to auto direct back to the list screen every time you have to use anything else. Any good canvasser canvasses by the map view. Please know your customers better, my entire team is annoyed by all of this.
