It is hard to hear Davidji’s 40 days of Transformation Course. This course was my impetus to join Insight Timer. Is this how all the courses are? Thank you

why can't I download my photo on my profile or access a teacher's circle? So frustrating!

i would like confirmation that my subscription will not automatically renew. i have been a member for a number of years and do not recall how i subscribed. I have investigated all options....IOS and thru the website (don't have an google play account) but can not get details how I subscribed and whether or not my membership is set to renew automatically or expire. please advise thanks Katherine

My one year subscription has been canceled 2 months prematurely I have been emailing every insight timer customer service I never get a response I was promised two months free cuz last year I couldn't access it it's a long story somebody bloody call me

I’m surprised that a company that proports to do good is not readily available to the consumer! I would like to speak to someone in Customer Service about the sudden purchase of the full pack subscription. The money that was immediately taken from my savings account, which I never use, resulted in a negative balance as well as bank charges. Jeff (323) 363-9694.

The 30 day mantra meditation with Paz stops after a few minutes. This is disturbing when you are meditating. I have therefore cancelled my subscription. Please help as I really want to do the course. I have tried to remedy this without success and am becoming more disappointed with Insight Timer!

I have not paid any money for a membership. I follow Sarah Blondin. She had a 10 day course and after the 1st or second day - I couldn't access the rest of the meditations for the remainder of the 8 days. Do I have to be a member to do this. When I opened up Insight timer and went to Sara Blondin, I couldn't find a way to resume the 10 day course. Is that cause I didn't pay for the course? Please advise. Please advise.

Please contact me. I am not able to access a course that I should have access to. I will cancel my membership (just joined last week) if I can't access. It is frustrating that I have spent 15 minutes clicking through the website (and the web) looking for how to get support for questions. I hope someone checks this question area regularly to respond to people whose questions don't fall under general categories. Thank you.

I got a new phone and tried to log in to my account. I know this is the correct email account so thought I could just reset my password and all would be well. After doing this multiple times and receiving error messages each time I thought I would contact customer support which apparently does not exist. The app won’t let me log in with the normal reset process can I get LIVE SUPPORT?

I developed my profile to track my progress. I would like to put up my photo in the profile. How do I put up a photo in the photo space? Thank you.

Help! Every time I try to listen to a meditation it cuts off after a few seconds and the finish button appears. I hit the finish button, the meditation starts again and cuts off again. ????

Are used inside timer on both my iPhone and my laptop. I am on my iPhone it allows me to donate and I also subscribed for membership using my iPhone. I am not sure where the funds are being pulled from. I do see charges from Apple on my credit card bill but they are not individual. For example, I may donate $1.99 after a yoga session but I never see that dollar amount being charged by Apple. I will see some charge that does not directly reflect any amount I double click to pay on my iPhone. But I do get a message saying thank you for your donation. When I am on my computer and I want to donate it says I do not have a subscription and they have no subscription details. Also, I am taking of course using the computer and I have no access to the classroom. I can access the teachings but where the classroom comments are posted and the teacher can respond does not seem to be accessible.

I wish to change my email contact from gmail to iCloud. I am subscribed to insight timer until July in the App Store. Can you help please?

I have the free version of the app, and about two or three weeks ago I suddenly stopped being able to see my public profile, messages, friends, etc. I'm not complaining; in fact, I have more time now that I don't see or try to reply to "Thanks for meditating with me" comments from friends. The important thing is that I can still time and track my meditation sessions. But was my access to the other things removed because of some change in policy for users of the free app, or was it an unintended glitch?

Nov. 25th a subscription payment was put through on my visa for $80.99 and then again Dec. 17th on my debit. I replied to the "7 day" notification email that I wasn't renewing. Please refund the second payment.

Dear insight timer - I have a paid subscription, but cannot find where I access the list of my downloads. I know how to download and I have been doing that, but I no longer see an option to look at my list of downloads and access them. Please help. This is one of the major reasons I pay for a subscription besides the great content.

I have the premium subscription yet can’t listen to any content. At around the 3 second mark it cuts off play on every meditation I try. Please advise.

My insight timer app was accidently deleted and I wish to get back to my meditation again how do I do it ?

Though I really love the app (Premium) I have given up on the live presentations because of the lack of respect for the time of the people who participate. This has been the case with almost every one I have attended. I just left "Self Love" 10 minutes into the presentation because the presenter was still randomly answering questions and comments (related to why he wasn't including X or what time it was in their time zone, etc.) I understand waiting a couple of minutes for people to appear, but is it possible to do the presentation and THEN take questions? I think most people understand that a 2 PM presentation begins at 2 PM or shortly thereafter and would understand if it were in progress when they arrived later. Can Insight Timer at least pass this observation along to the presenters?

Friend category at conclusion of meditation has disappeared and instead of showing thousands worldwide meditating at same time in all categories(groups,nearby community) it shows about 100 people. Very odd.

Hi I am a teacher on insight timer. How do I chang the title of my offering and upload a new photo to an offering I have already published?

I don't understand how this has downloaded I only wanted to view I am not happy to pay for this as I don't want this app how can I sort this out
