Used to love ntvNachrichten and used it daily. But the latest update crashes immediately all the time. Another deficiency is that videos don’t play outside of Germany. Why is this available in any other news app up but not here?

I used to love ntvNachrichten but first, all videos got geo fenced (I am located in Michigan) and now ntvNachrichten immediately crashes when I try to open it. I am on IOS 15.3.1. please fix this.

It’s slow on iPad. News don’t load and ntvNachrichten freezes. Also stops streaming on other app’s when used at the same time.

Since moving to the US 17 years ago, it has been a challenge to get reliable news on Europe and Germany in particular. I have been using the n-tv app since switching to an iPhone about 7 years ago and have had only a very positive experience. Keep up the good work!
