It pains me to write this because I love the Reds but their new app is shockingly poor. The old app was bad and the functionality terrible but this new updated design might be even worse.

Liverpool is a world class club. They should put out a world class app. This entire design comes nowhere near that level.

What’s crazy is that their LFCTV paid video content is absolutely amazing. How the club can manage to achieve that level of quality with video production but then turn around and put out such a badly designed and conceived app is mind boggling. This is brand new. They chose this. You are better than this LFC.

Still showing last year’s table and fixtures weeks into the new season. LFC, this is your official app, it’s completely non-functional. You would be better off abandoning a digital presence and pretend that it’s still 1980.

TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp has a lot of bugs. Does not update fast enough. Fixture are not updated. It feels like a cheap design. It is a bad presentation for the six richest football club in the world. Why we do not have one app that connect, the membership, the news the TV and the shopping section instead of redundancy and use a reputable builder that can work across the globe and create it in multiple languages.

TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp is kind of buggy. The news feed doesn’t refresh, and i often have to close out TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp , or re-download it to get it to work. TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp also crashes often.

Last year TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp showed all of the matches on the schedule and then the results. This year only showing EPL. Plenty of news stories, but why not update the schedule?

Fixtures & Results will only show Premier League matches, so don’t count on TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp for getting info about other competitions LFC are participating in. General GUI is poor. It has the same general layout as the official website, which is actually great,… if this were the early 2000’s.
A graphic design student in his/her first year could do better.

I like to subscribe to the pre game team sheet notification but not the goals/in game statistics in case my tv provider is behind. I used to be able to just get the team sheet but now I have to just turn the entire notification off to avoid spoilers 😕 pretty annoying. I don’t see why they had to be combined.

So, there’s a fair amount of content but let’s be honest...what we really want are lineups, formations, and stats. The old version was perfect for that. New Match Centre seems spotty and inconsistent. I used to rely heavily on TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp on match days, now I have to go to other sources. Best club in the world! Most average app.

Downloaded TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp to be able to access the audio streams which require a login. Unfortunately tapping “Login” or “Register” just brings up a white screen so I am unable to login at all and can’t access the audio streams. 😢

Amazing app, always keeps me updated with lineup and score during a live match. Makes the store more accessible, But the TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp does lag a lot, it freezes when i try changing the country origin. And it does not let me login it keeps closing the process and “loads” every time i try to type in, other than that it’s an amazing app.

App logs you out after a couple minutes frequently when trying to watch live cover or audio commentary. Then you have to review cookie preferences every time you try to log back in. The remember me option does not work. Tried to contact the developer help and it’s not available so you end up running in circles. I can log in to games on my pc without issues so it is problems with TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp

App works ok, not great, for most things LFC. When listening to the audio cast of a game, and the phone locks the sounds cuts out. The fixture calendar only shows premier league games; no domestic cups, no UCL. You have to go through the web page to get that info.

I’m a life time LFC fan and love TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp , but please fix it! Disconnects all the time requiring me to log back in, in the middle of listening to live commentary switches to something completely different. Please fix this - everything else perfect

Love the new update. Easy to find all the information. Links to the main website, store and members pages loads of stats and it’s a fantastic splash of Liverpool red! Simply awesome!!

What an upgrade! TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp transition is slick and works like a charm. The reader UI can be made a bit more slick just like “The Athletic”

As a Liverpool Fan, TheOfficialLiverpoolFCApp is very useful. If I want to get the latest news it will have it. There are no games currently but it is good to have the latest or the next game showing. It does need some fixes but overall it is a great app. 4.5 Stars!

This is literally the only app I have to sign into to watch the game videos. Even if I leave a page for 5 mins. Very annoying. Why is this so bad?
But the videos are great for $7!!!!
