For a club of such global size and standing, I find it remarkable that a simple thing like an app is so poor. I have been an Arsenal fan all my life and I live is the US now, and it is so frustrating that TheArsenal, crashes, doesn’t load correcting, calendar doesn’t update, content is inconsistent. We live in a world of technology Arsenal, you need to get your app fixed.

After opening TheArsenal it says you have to update to new version. When you do update it and return to open TheArsenal it says again you have to update to new version. Can’t actually ever get the new version to open. Never works.

TheArsenal has just stopped working after the update two days ago. All it brings up is blank page. When it was working the most annoying thing about TheArsenal were the pop ups and the commercials for buying this and that. I know you want to sell your kit. I already bought it! Do you really have to fill TheArsenal with so many advertisements? I also found the older app to be somewhat better while finding the info that I wanted.

The updated app lands in 5th place (1star) which is where I’m afraid Arsenal will finish this year. After so many years without an update I’d have thought this would have been so much better. Instead it’s a step back. At the very least bring back landscape viewing.

The old app worked great and was intuitive. This update is horrible to use. Can’t even mute notifications easily for each game while watching live.

The old layout was great, I laughed at the Liverpool app before and now we are just as bad.

For a while TheArsenal gets worse with it each update. Now I cannot watch videos because it will definitely crash. While reading articles it will freeze at intervals? Is this a general problem or it is specific to iphone6? Yes i use an iphone6 and I don’t get why TheArsenal should be having such problems. Fix pls.

I've been using TheArsenal for years and I never had any problems until the latest version I updated to. It now crashes almost constantly. It's as if once you finish reading or watching something it crashes and you have to start from scratch opening TheArsenal and finding where you were. I hope they make it more stable! SOON??

TheArsenal is buggy, less clear, and worse-looking. I’m a Product Designer and I have a feeling they updated it just to do something new. I wish they’d change it back.

Change I would like to see most is country based TV settings. I travel internationally frequently, and live in the US. Even at home it’s a challenge to know what channel is playing the next game. However to my knowledge TheArsenal only shows UK time and channel info.

The other thing is linking to website and website in general. As an oversees Gooner I found it a challenge to find abroad digital membership information this off-season. To the point that I gave up. AST has a much clearer membership scheme available directly from their Twitter. You guys are leaving money on the table.

I like TheArsenal and appreciate it helping me to keep up with my squad. Sure I’m in California but I want to stay abreast of what is going on with my team. I would love to see the records for other teams when I touch their logo. It would also be nice to see stats from previous matchups between the gunners and the competitors. Lastly, I wish the standings were updated much more quickly. When my squad wins, I want to see their new standing as quickly as possible.

Why was landscape mode removed from the iPad app? And you can’t expand videos to fill the screen.

Please return these features, makes no sense to have all this space underutilized.

Being a huge gunner fan TheArsenal would be great but they constantly notify you with incorrect updates. I hate to think we won we in reality no one scored and it ended in a draw

The “Sync Fixtures to Calendar” button does not do anything; ideally, on the phone, it should request access to the calendar (if not already done) and then it should automatically sync matches/fixtures with the calendar.

I enjoy TheArsenal overall. I tried to create a login so I could listen to games and watch videos, but the log in won’t work. I get to the final page and I have to give my date of birth, but it won’t let me select a date so I can’t create an account. Really frustrating.

Just generally disappointing on every aspect. Sometimes you find post match videos, sometimes you don’t. Sometimes they play, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes the “play audio” button works, sometimes it doesn’t. Nothing great, nothing horrible - just generally buggy. Arsenal is not a neighborhood team, they’re international - MAKE AN APP THAT SHOWS IT.

I really like TheArsenal , super organized and simple and clear, and updated the whole time, i hope it stays like this the whole time. Because i had experienced other great apps that all of sudden don’t update as often.

Goal highlights, when viewed, DIM and video controls come to foreground right as Gunners are scoring.

Put another way, every time I watch match goals, the picture dims and I can’t see what’s happening as the ball rolls or flies in the net.

FRUSTRATING

TheArsenal is great for us Gooners but where is the Apple TV support? And the UI needs a facelift

When you minimize the audio gets turned off. I can’t listen to the match while texting etc. please fix

Make it work in landscape and update it as often as possible other than that it is a great app thank you s😄

I like TheArsenal but I really follow the women’s team. Would give it five stars if there was a way to navigate first team and women’s team news, matches, and info.
